We can guarantee if your project doesn't get new pledges for the amount you paid we'll refund to make up the difference. For example, if you were to only receive $350 in new pledges by members, shoot us an email about the situation and we'll process a $49 refund ($399 - $350 = $49).

We accept active Kickstarter and Indiegogo projects as well as fully developed projects in pre-launch.
When you complete a submission:
1.We receive your submission and will review your campaign.
2. We will send creator an email about any necessary questions and then approve or deny your submission within 24 hours (excluding weekends), .
3. If we approve your submission, you’ll receive the payment link.
4. Once the payment is made, the creator will receive the setup survey.
5. Upon completion of the above, your project will be published on Backercrew website and you will be scheduled for a spot in our newsletter to members.
