Bedvee comes with an air pump with an easy-to-use attached remote control. The pump remains attached to the device but does not make a noise unless adjusted via the remote control. If Bedvee is adjusted during the night, it does not need re-inflation – it is designed to remain in the same position (throughout the night) unless adjusted using the attached remote control.

The air pump can be placed underneath the bed. Its decibels range between 50-60 dB, depending on where the pump is placed  (e.g., under the bed) but this is only during use of the remote control. Otherwise, when not using the remote control the pump remains completely silent.

The air pump comes with a silent performance bag for quiet operation and a remote control with a silent deflation button.

Shipping and taxes (if applicable) are not included with each pledge. Due to the current fluctuations in shipping costs, we will collect shipping payments after the end of the campaign, close to our ship date. In that way, we will have the most updated prices and pass savings on to you. At present, we offer shipping to the United States only. The estimated shipping fee to the United States is approximately $32 for one unit and $44 for two units.”

If there are any applicable taxes, they will vary based on where your pledge is shipped. No taxes are included in the campaign prices and they will be collected after the campaign has ended prior to shipping.

Bedvee includes a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Please be aware that this warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by the user. Note that since this is a crowdfunding campaign, and the funds will be used to help finance manufacturing costs (while also offering a significant discount), returns/refunds will not be accepted.

We’ve been designing and testing Bedvee for over 3 years. It has evolved through multiple concepts, prototypes, including factory-produced ones, testing, numerous modifications, and continuous refinement.

We began with a simple prototype made from two boards, a beach ball, and a hand pump. It may not have done much, but it captured the attention we needed for validation. Since then, we’ve come a long way in perfecting it, and we’re now proud to bring Bedvee to you.

We are honored that our parent company, Elevair Wellness, is a holder of a U.S. patent for our initial design and Bedvee is currently patent-pending and pending trademark.

Through Finite Element Analysis we have identified stress points and engineered a product that is not only lightweight but also robust enough to consistently withstand pressure. 

The bladder is made of medical-grade material, offering steadfast support for heavy loads. We are committed to rigorous testing during and after the manufacturing process and ensuring our vendors meet strict finishing standards.

We embarked on this journey with a commitment to making adjusting in bed more accessible and easier for everyone and to empower those who need to improve the quality of their life through head-of-bed elevation.

Bedvee was born out of necessity when our inventor became a caregiver for his bedridden father, giving us a firsthand understanding of the need. From the outset, our efforts have garnered incredible support from our community, mentors, and institutions like the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute, Master of Business Creation Program at the University of Utah, Church & State, and the Bench-to-Bedside medical device competition, where we won a grand legacy prize.
