Please note that all of our chopping boards and stands are natural products and can vary slightly in size, grain and colour due to natural variations in the wood.

Maintaining Chopping Board:

To prevent your cutting board from warping and cracking, ensure it’s thoroughly dried after washing. Avoid soaking it, and never put it in the dishwasher. Apply chopping board oil regularly to enhance its colour and to extend its lifespan.

Maintaining chef Knife:

• Our knives are not dishwasher safe. Always wash your knives by hand.
• Not suitable for chopping bones or hard ingredients like frozen meat.
• To sharpen the blade, use a honing steel, a knife stone, or send it to a professional sharpener. 
• Always cut on a cutting board.
