Design Inspiration
We are proud to launch the ‘Black Warrior’, a high-end folding knife made of titanium inlaid Timascus and M390 steel. It is specially designed for outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and collectors, and can withstand various harsh conditions while maintaining durability. Of course, in order to better reflect daily use, we have used a button lock design, which is more convenient to use and store. This’ Black Warrior ‘is embedded with handmade Timascus , achieving a perfect balance of shape, function, and style.
The surface has been cleaned and smoked with stones. The concept of “innate resilience and fearlessness” is used to create the black blade art for the realization of the “Black Warrior”
From Sketch to Reality: The Design Behind the ‘Black Warrior’
From the design sketch to reality, our team went through numerous design adjustments and material challenges, and finally used the handle titanium inlaid Timascus and M390 blade version, with a color style of black. After confirming the design drawings, we conducted multiple prototype printing, adjusted the structure and hand feel, and achieved the final version by fitting it with CNC high-precision machining. For each knife made, we conducted full inspection and manual adjustment, and from the moment you first picked it up, it was flawless.
