User Interface
Smart Grind
With Smart Grind, using the integrated precise scale, you can grind your coffee to your specified amount and at your chosen speed. As Burrus approaches the desired quantity, it automatically slows down and halts once the exact amount is reached, ensuring you get your perfect measure every time.
- Select “Smart Grind”.
- Adjust the speed (options: low/medium/high).
- Enter the desired amount.
- Start the grinding. The currently ground amount will display on the screen.
- Once grinding is complete, you’ll have your desired coffee amount.
Rapid Grind
With Rapid Grind, quickly set your desired speed and begin the grinding process. Stop when you’ve achieved your preferred amount or continue until all beans in the hopper are ground. Burrus automatically stops once the coffee beans are ground.
- Select “Rapid Grind”.
- Adjust the speed (options: low/medium/high).
- Start the grinding. The currently ground amount will display on the screen.
- You can stop the grinding manually anytime or it will automatically stop once all coffee is ground.
Precision Scale
With Precise Scale, you have the flexibility to weigh your desired coffee amount, utilizing the grinder as a separate scale. Conveniently zero out the scale with the “Tare” feature and switch between different weight units as needed.
- Use the wooden container to weigh anything; the grinder doubles as a standalone scale.
- Activate the “Tare” feature to reset the scale at your convenience.
- Easily switch between different weight units.
Magnetic Harmony
Magnetic Handle Attachment: The top section of the grinder allows the wooden handle of the manual crank to attach magnetically. This ensures that the handle sits securely in place and can be easily removed when desired.
Magnetic Shaft Secure: When in place, the crank securely connects to the body of the grinder through a magnetic bond. This prevents any wobble or dislodging of the handle during the grinding motion.
Magnetic Wooden Container Placement: The container where the ground coffee is deposited has a magnetic base, allowing it to sit firmly on the grinder. This design ensures the container remains stationary, preventing any unwanted spills or shifts.
