Let’s step inside and witness how the next chapter of creation is unfolding.

Your Material Lab:Unique Filaments Created by You

From raw pellets to powdered additives, the Filament Maker M1 gives creators full authority over their medium. Custom color, scent, and texture converge in a single workflow. Every spool becomes a personal formula, shattering the boundaries of off-the-shelf filament and transforming each print into a sensory experience.

Need a specific brand red that no manufacturer sells? Blend your own. The M1 handles multiple masterbatch pellets for precise color matching and smooth gradient transitions. Produce small-batch, high-variety color runs on demand, perfect for studios fulfilling custom commercial orders.

What if your prints could carry scent? Add coffee grounds, lavender, or rose petal powder to your filament recipe, and the M1 blends that character into every layer. The result is printed objects with a distinct aroma and a more memorable sensory experience.

Looking for superior structural strength paired with a premium surface finish? Add carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforcement directly in the M1. Unlike standard PLA, carbon fiber infusion bolsters rigidity while delivering a sophisticated tactile experience and a refined aesthetic. Skip the specialty markup and produce engineering-grade material from your desk.

That stack of PET bottle waste does not have to stop at the recycling bin. Process it through the R1, feed the material into the M1, and extrude usable filament for your next project. Reduce material costs, minimize plastic waste, and bring more of your workflow into a closed loop.

Blend walnut shell powder for a rich matte finish or fine wood dust for organic grain patterns. The M1 lets you formulate natural-texture filaments that look and feel less like standard plastic and more like crafted objects. A simple way to add display value and tactile appeal to your prints.
M1 Performance Built on Trust

Diameter consistency defines print quality. The M1 delivers 1.70-1.80mm diameter with virgin PLA at up to 1 kg/h, and holds 1.65-1.80 mm diameter with a 50/50 recycled blend. Whether you are producing custom spools or reclaiming scrap, every meter meets the spec your printer expects.

The M1 packs a complete filament production line into a 15 kg desktop unit. Extrusion, active cooling, precision pulling, and automatic spooling all happen inside one machine measuring 555 x 245 x 570 mm. No separate stations, no assembly line. Just a professional-grade system that fits your bench.

The M1’s integrated pulling cart supports the critical first steps with manual guiding and a built-in blade for quick, safe cutting, making initial extrusion easier while reducing contact with high-temperature components. From there, an independent automatic winding system takes over, forming spools with consistent, orderly layering, while adaptive tension control stabilizes filament diameter to ensure every spool is uniform and structurally reliable.

Recycled plastics and reinforced composites demand serious torque. The M1’s 210 mm extrusion screw and 100W FOC servo motor deliver it, maintaining a uniform melt pool and defect-free output even with challenging feedstock. Consistent flow means consistent filament, batch after batch.

Three independent heat zones give you granular temperature control up to 350 degrees Celsius, unlocking 8+ material types: PLA, PETG, ABS, PA, PC, PET, ASA, TPU, and carbon/glass fiber composites. This three-stage distribution circumvents the edge-cooling and thermal gradients inherent in single-zone systems, eliminating cold spots to ensure unwavering heat uniformity throughout the melt path. Dial in the exact thermal profile, each material needs optimal melt consistency.

Precision does not end at extrusion. Eight 7W turbo fans cool your filament in a rapid multi-stage sequence, locking in diameter accuracy and molecular structure immediately after the nozzle. The result: perfectly circular, stable filament, ready to print right off the spool.

Your Complete Desktop Filament Loop

Shred. Dry. Extrude. Spool. The R1 breaks down your print waste into clean, consistent pellets. The M1 melts and extrudes them into finished filament. End to end, you are watching a desktop recycling system that turns yesterday’s failed prints into tomorrow’s creative material.

Most shredders create pellets you then need to dry separately. The R1 handles both in one unit. Shred your waste, dry the regrinds internally, and feed clean pellets directly into the M1. No extra dehydrators. No extra steps. Just 13 kg of integrated, desktop-scale material preparation.

The R1 shreds efficiently. A 650W motor paired with a 60 Nm reducer drives dual-shaft blades at low speed, keeping noise levels appropriate for home workshops. Output: up to 3 kg/h of uniform pellets, 4 mm or smaller.

Moisture is the enemy of consistent filament. The R1’s onboard 100W PTC heater and closed-loop thermal sensor dry your shredded pellets right inside the unit. No transferring to a separate dehydrator. No waiting. Pellets come out dry, uniform, and ready for the M1’s hopper.

The R1 works with rigid plastics like PLA and PETG, with ABS, ASA, and PC coming soon. Feed failed prints, purge strands, tree supports, and sheet supports. Process one material type at a time, pre-cut pieces to fit the hopper. Less waste out, more filament in.

For M1, different ratios of recycled and virgin material result in varying levels of precision and throughput. A 100% recycled blend delivers up to 500 g/h, with filament diameters ranging from 1.65 to 1.80 mm. Introducing virgin PLA enhances both performance and consistency: a 50/50 ratio pushes output to 600 g/h, while utilizing 100% virgin pellets unlocks the machine’s peak potential—reaching a 1 kg/h throughput with a tightened 1.70–1.80 mm diameter.

The M1 is not only about saving per roll. Its real value is the ability to produce materials tuned to your exact specifications: a precise brand red, a custom carbon-fiber ratio, or a wood-grain texture no standard supplier offers. When you control the formula, you control the value of the material too.

Smart Control System and Future Roadmap

The M1’s 3.2-inch touchscreen puts real-time production data at your fingertips. Monitor extrusion status, track diameter readings, and receive instant alerts if anything falls outside spec. The system pauses automatically at the first sign of trouble, protecting both your material and your time.

The M1 does not wait until the spool is done to tell you something went wrong. A closed-loop sensor tracks diameter and volume continuously, feeding live data to the touchscreen.

Melting plastic in a home workshop demands proper safety engineering. The M1 delivers it: protective Metal Feed Mesh, anti-scald silicone nozzles, a fully enclosed extrusion chamber, and HEPA plus activated carbon filtration. The air stays clean, the surfaces stay cool, and you create with confidence.

Your M1 gets better without leaving your desk. OTA firmware updates deliver new material profiles, performance optimizations, and feature additions automatically. Connect to the cloud to monitor production remotely and download the latest settings. Engineered with expansion ports, the M1 is an evolving platform rather than a static product. More capabilities are already on the roadmap—stay tuned.

The M1 is the beginning, not the destination. We are building a community platform where makers share recipes, trade techniques, and sell custom filaments they create. Combined with expanding accessories and collaborative projects, the ecosystem grows with every user who brings a new idea to the bench.
