You can connect multiple Earzz Smart Home Monitors to the app and place them all over your home.

Once you have chosen what sounds you want your Earzz devices to listen for, just sit back, relax and never miss a sound that matters.

There is no limit to the number of devices that can be connected. With regards to how many are needed – this will depend on the size and layout of your home. For best results, we recommend having an Earzz device per sound scene (e.g.: one for the kitchen, and another for the hallway if they are spaced apart and if you want different sounds being listened for in each room simultaneously). You could also use just ONE device interchangeably if you so choose!

Easy Device Setup

The Earzz mobile app lets you configure and connect Earzz devices in minutes making setting up your Earzz an absolute breeze!

Choose sounds from THE most expansive sound catalogue!

Choose from an extensive catalogue of sounds to get notified for. Earzz recognises and alerts you for an expansive catalogue of common sounds at home unlike any existing sound recognition devices. The best part – we intend to keep growing our sound library and you don’t pay more to get access to the new sounds that get added with time.

Choose HOW and WHEN you get notified

Choose how you get notified on the Earzz app so you never miss a sound that matters. You can choose to receive instant** notifications on your smartphone and watches, so you can go “Ears-free”!

What’s more, Earzz comes with several notification customisation features to ensure you get alerted how and when you want. This includes:

• Choosing the devices you wish to send notifications to when the sounds you have chosen are heard by your Earzz
• Option to pause notifications with a single tap
• Choosing device tones / vibration and notification preferences
• Options to choose notification frequency for sounds (allowing you to choose how often you want to get alerted for repeating sounds – every 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 min etc.).

Sound recognising AI that evolves

We appreciate that some sounds in certain settings may sound different to what we have trained and tested our models with – which is why we have built in the infrastructure to help the algorithms improve through your feedback – Getting more accurate for your specific sounds at home.

With Earzz, your conversations remain yours. Because thanks to our patent pending AI, Earzz only identifies sounds, not speech. We do not store raw audio data once processing is complete.

Any audio captured by your Earzz is processed immediately to recognise sounds alone (not speech) using our AI algorithms, and then the audio as captured is deleted. We also use secure cloud infrastructure to ensure privacy, security, and scalability.

What about privacy and security? 

We take your privacy seriously at Earzz. We have implemented a number of technical and organisational measures to ensure security and privacy for our users.

Technical measures:

• All Earzz devices come with Industry Standard Secure boot to ensure that only authorised Earzz firmware runs on our devices.
• Use of industry standard encrypted communication protocols to ensure privacy and security of all data communicating from and to the Earzz devices.
• Secure cloud infrastructure with tools and features to ensure network security, secure access control and management and data encryption.

Organisational measures:

• We have also taken a number of organisational measures to ensure privacy protection for our users. We also DO NOT sell your personal information to third parties for business or commercial purposes. More information on how we protect your privacy can be found in our privacy policy***.
