The bulk order for retail will be a standard retail edition for Ferret Frenzy, NOT a Kickstarter or Blackbox edition. Bulk retail orders ship after backer orders at a discounted retail PPU. If you want a specific Kickstarter edition (with holographics and other stretch goals), please back another tier, or select one in the Add-Ons section.

Several weeks after the campaign ends you will receive an email through Kickstarter that will confirm your pledge and give an opportunity to add any additional add-ons and verify shipping details.

If you Reserved during our prelaunch campaign, you will receive your bonus add-on item/upgrade during this phase.

We plan to use Kickstarter’s pledge manager to manage shipping and fulfillment costs after the campaign. Due to volatility with shipping costs and tariffs, we are not collecting shipping payments and taxes until well after the campaign.

Shipping Details

• We are shipping globally with hubs in the US/Canada and UK/EU. Depending on demand, we will be seeking hubs for Australia and other regions. This may decrease final shipping rates.
• Any VAT/Sales tax rates will vary and we cannot provide an estimate until shipping details are collected. Any additional VAT/Sales tax will be provided in the pledge manager before you click ‘ship’.
• We cannot guarantee delivery if you do not confirm your pledge once the pledge manager closes. We will send several reminder emails after the campaign closes to confirm your pledge, so please keep an eye out!
