FibreSeeker 3 uses Composite Fibre Coextrusion (CFC) technology to coextrude continuous carbon fiber directly into printed parts — delivering components with CNC-level strength at a fraction of the cost and time.Say goodbye to expensive setup fees, molds, and minimum order quantities — print high-strength functional parts on demand, right from your desk.

From prototype to production, FibreSeeker 3 transforms costly CNC components into high-performance carbon-fiber parts.

Composite Fibre Coextrusion (CFC) is a proprietary 3D printing technology that embeds continuous fibre strands into melted thermoplastic during extrusion. Unlike chopped fibre or filled filaments, CFC places full-length fibres precisely where strength is needed — layer by layer.

With a dual-extruder system: one for plastic filament, one for co-extruding continuous fibre and polymer, it supports up to three materials in a single print, enabling strong, precisely reinforced composite parts.

FibreSeeker 3’s lattice infill makes parts stronger where it matters, and lighter where it doesn’t. Perfect for impact absorption, durability, and saving material costs.

Self-developed carbon fibre filament with superior performance and strength — at a fraction of the market price. Ideal for parts in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing. It reduces weight without sacrificing strength.

With a dual-extrusion system, FibreSeeker 3 not only works with carbon fibre materials, but also supports a wide range of other materials such as PLA, PETG, PA, PACF, PC, ABS, Fiberglass, Carbon Fibre, and more.

When you need functional parts, compromise isn’t an option.
FibreSeeker 3 achieves up to 900 MPa tensile strength, allowing you to create end-use components that rival aerospace-grade aluminum—yet weigh a fraction of the same part. From heavy-duty jigs to mission-critical brackets, your prints can now go beyond the workbench into the real world.

FibreSeeker 3 uses patented CFC (Composite Fibre Coextrusion) technology to create reinforced parts with tensile strength up to 900MPa — more than 2 times of 6061 aluminum. That’s strong enough to withstand over 9,000kg of force per square centimeter.

Why choose between speed and size? FibreSeeker 3 pushes up to 500 mm/s, while its large build volume lets you produce big parts.

Accelerate your workflow with 500mm/s (FFF nozzle)print speeds — delivering 10X faster throughput than industry benchmarks, enabling same-day functional prototyping and on-demand batch production.

ith industrial-scale build size. Allows users to create larger prototypes and structural parts without splitting into smaller pieces.

FibreSeeker 3 features three distinct printing modes, each indicated by a colored light—green, orange, or purple—so you always know exactly how it’s working at a glance.

High Speed Mode: The FFF nozzle operates independently, delivering higher speed and precision—Perfectly fits standard 3D printing applications.

High Strength Mode: The CFC + FFF dual-nozzle system works simultaneously, adding a “carbon-fiber skeleton” to your prints. You can adjust the material ratio to balance strength and weight while also managing costs.

Hyper Strength Mode: The CFC nozzle operates independently, harnessing cutting-edge technology to produce parts with tensile strength reaching up to 900 MPa.

Our custom slicer analyzes each part’s load distribution, fiber path, and material usage—then generates an optimized toolpath for maximum performance with minimal waste.

Preview prints in detail, customize support structures with blockers and enforcers, and define fiber placement zones with Mask tools. Enjoy flexible parameter tuning, open-format G-code export, and support for STL, STEP, OBJ, and more.

The built-in HD camera continuously monitors your prints, enabling real-time tracking and smarter failure detection.

Real-time motion correction algorithms neutralize high-frequency vibrations, maintaining ±0.05mm dimensional accuracy at 500mm/s print speeds for production-grade outputs.

FibreSeeker 3 comes with a 5-inch full-color touchscreen. Stay in control with a vivid HD touchscreen. Track every detail (temperature, speed, progress) in real time, save and reuse settings instantly, and upgrade the firmware with one tap—making every print smoother, smarter, and simpler.

Forget manual tweaks. With Auto-Levelling & Smart Calibration, your printer prepares itself in seconds—ensuring flawless adhesion, consistent layers, and smooth surfaces from the very first print.

With Filament Runout Detection, FibreSeeker 3 automatically pauses when materials run low, letting you reload and resume—so every print finishes exactly as planned.

Whether you’re a home hobbyist, a workshop builder, or a startup innovator, FibreSeeker 3 gives you industrial-grade printing right from your desktop.

FFF 3D printed part is too weak to solve the problem, while metal is too difficult to process. Continuous fibre is a novel solution to achieve strength and flexibility at the same time.
