During lockdown we were forced to get creative with our training. Water was easy to find, and offered a dynamic training variable. In fact it worked so well, we found ourselves asking “Why has no one done this yet?!”
And this is how HydraTech was born…

The HydraTech vest is so simple to use!
- Unpack the vest and sleeves from your bag.
- Fill the 6 sleeves with up to 25lbs of water.
- Train.

Each Vest Comes with 6x Specially designed TPU Water sleeves that have weight levels marked on the side for precision.
The water-tight seal component makes the sleeves totally leak proof. So you will never get wet while you train.
The sleeves have been specially designed and tested to withstand great impacts, making them burst proof.
Customise the weight to suit your training using the weight levels. Each sleeve can be filled up to 3.5lbs (Large size vest).
Easily adjust the weight using the quick release valve on the sleeves, pouring some water out to reduce the weight.
Or simply remove one full sleeve to adjust the weight.
One of our main goals with the HydraTech Vest was to make it as compact and portable as possible, so you can train anywhere, without heavy or expensive metal weights. We are thrilled to have achieved our goal. You will take this vest with you wherever you go.
