With its robust battery capacity, LionWelder Mini offers impressive welding capacity, capable of handling 70 electrodes of 2.5mm or 35 electrodes of 3.2mm on a full charge.
To make it even more powerful, Mini stands out with its stable solar charging, making it more energy-efficient and reliable, even in less-than-ideal conditions (14 hours full charge with a 200W solar panel). This translates to an even-better consistent welding tool, with enhanced performance and dependability in various off-grid situations.
Both Mini (0024) and Lite (4041) support TIG and MMA welding, knob-adjustable hot start, capable of welding plates from 1 to 10 mm enabled by 3 smart adjustments.
Mini’s High-Frequency Switch (MOSFET: Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) efficiently manages power drawn from the battery, ensuring optimal usage and extending welding time. Meanwhile, it promises stable welding current output, which further ensures LW Mini’s extraordinary welding performance on top of long-lasting working hours.
LW Mini handles electrodes up to 3.2 mm, while Lite can manage up to 4.0 mm, suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, and low alloy steel. They also support tungsten electrodes of 1.0 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, and 3.2 mm.
Providing a surge of current to heat the electrode and establish the arc quickly, Mini’s knot-adjustable hot start function prevents electrode sticking and ensures smooth welding starts, leading to better control, improved weld bead appearance, and overall weld quality. This is especially beneficial when dealing with cold electrodes or less-than-perfect workpiece surfaces, making Mini ideal for off-grid welding tasks.
