Every component is individually CNC machined from titanium and brass, mechanically interlocked, and engineered to deliver:

CNC-Machined Knurling vs. Conventional Knurling

Many tools use traditional knurling created by pressing two knurling wheels into the metal. While effective, this method often produces uneven patterns, sharp edges, and a rough, scratchy feel in hand.

MagicDrive uses fully CNC-machined knurling instead. Each groove is precisely cut, not pressed, allowing tighter tolerances and a highly controlled pattern. The result is a grip that feels confident and secure without being abrasive — comfortable during use, even over longer periods.

Visually, the difference is just as clear. CNC-machined knurling creates a clean, organized, and intentional texture, setting MagicDrive apart from mass-produced patterns. It’s a small detail, but one that reflects the level of care, precision, and refinement behind the entire tool.

Most premium drivers lock you into a single bit format — but MagicDrive was built to adapt. MagicDrive’s quick-swap system uses a secure magnetic connection to let you switch between the 1/4″ (6.35 mm) bit holder and the 4 mm precision bit holder in seconds. Simply pull to remove and align to reattach — no tools, no threads, no loose parts. Fast when you want it, secure when you need it.

We engineered a hot-swappable bit holder system that lets you choose between:

Wide 6.35 mm (1/4″) Hex Compatibility

The standard 6.35 mm (1/4″) hex bit holder is fully compatible with most common hex-shaped accessories. It works seamlessly with standard screwdriver bits (Phillips, flathead, Torx, hex, and more), as well as 1/4″ hex extension bars, adapters, socket adapters, and quick-connect accessories. This means MagicDrive integrates easily into existing tool collections, without locking you into proprietary parts.

For micro jobs and delicate hardware. (Precision without ratchet — by design.) Because mini bits are commonly used for:

The quick-swap bit holder is held in place by a strong magnetic interface, allowing fast changes without loose parts. To ensure long-term reliability, the magnets inside MagicDrive are mechanically sealed by two CNC-machined caps, rather than relying on adhesive alone. This prevents the magnets from coming loose over time due to glue fatigue or wear. It adds cost and complexity to the design — but it guarantees the magnets stay exactly where they belong, with no risk of falling pieces, ever.

The 180° straight, 45° angled, and 90° torque positions let you choose the right form for each task — speed, access, or power — without carrying multiple tools. Torque Testing- Up to 7.9Nm

In its strongest configuration, MagicDrive delivers serious torque — making this pocket-sized driver perform like one five times larger.

The stated maximum torque value (7.9 N·m) was measured under controlled test conditions using a torque testing device, with the 6.35 mm bit holder installed and the driver set to the 90-degree configuration.

Actual torque achieved in real-world use may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

• screw size, material, and head type
• material being fastened
• bit quality and fit
• user grip and applied force

Please note that common screws and fasteners are designed to withstand significantly less torque than this value and may strip, deform, or fail before the tool reaches its maximum capability.

In everyday repairs, brute force is rarely the answer. Most screws don’t need extreme torque — they need control.

With 7.9 N·m, MagicDrive already provides more power than most common screws can take. Any more would be unnecessary — and often destructive. For an EDC-sized screwdriver, this is the sweet spot: strong, confident, and perfectly balanced.

MagicDrive’s hex-based modular design system opens the door to a growing lineup of interchangeable modules — allowing it to evolve with your everyday needs.

Beyond the screwdriver modules, MagicDrive can be expanded with additional add-ons to create a more complete everyday carry setup.

• Forever Pen Module — a compact pen with a 4 mm hex interface, seamlessly integrating writing into the MagicDrive system.

• Pen Knife Holder Module — a minimalist blade holder built on the same hex base for light cutting tasks.

• Aluminum Bit Holder Module — CNC-machined aluminum with: an engraved mini ruler of 6cm range, a magnetic blade holder, storage slots for 2× 6.35 mm bits, storage slots for 2× 4 mm precision bits.

The pen & knife modules share a common interface of 4mm hex bit, allowing backers to mix, match, and carry only what they actually need — without adding bulk or redundancy.

All bits, the brass forever pen, the knife module, and the blade are held securely in place by N52 magnets, so you don’t need to worry about anything coming loose during everyday carry. The CNC-machined aluminum magazine itself is refined enough to stand as a product on its own.

Together, it completes the MagicDrive system — keeping everything organized, secure, and ready for nearly any daily task you might encounter.
