Mana is a first-of-its-kind device that streams inspiration into your living space. Configure Mana by connecting it to your home Wi-Fi using the companion smartphone app (iOS & Android). Select from a variety of curated content-streams, including quotes, philosophy, inspirational sayings, Haiku, poetry, art, humor, knowledge, culture, and more. Mana automatically updates four times a day (mor-aft-eve-nig), showing you scenes from your chosen topics.

Truly wireless

Mana makes use of low power display technology based on e-paper from E-Ink. Similar to printed paper, e-paper reflects ambient light instead of emitting it. This allows Mana to blend in with your home décor without being distracting. Mana’s internal, rechargeable battery frees you from wires and cords, giving you a variety of placement possibilities, such as on the wall, the desk, or by magnetic mounting on appropriate surfaces.

Can’t resist the touch

Mana can last an incredible six months on a single charge before needing to be recharged through its USB-C port. Really? Absolutely, but there’s a catch. Mana’s e-paper display can only show limited colors namely black, white and red. Moreover, it takes up to 15 seconds for the screen to update. Yet, this is not a problem because Mana only changes the image on the screen a few times each day and retains it for the remainder of the time. We’ve included a faster black-and-white only mode that makes changing the text and browsing menus easier.

In two sizes

Mana is available in two sizes. Mana Clause (16 x 7cm) and the larger Mana Expression (19 x 13cm), both models include a desk stand and a magnetic mount. Wall mounting hook is only available on Mana Expression.

Wood, not plastic

How many modern devices do you know of that are made from real wood? Mana is built entirely from wood and recycled wooden material, including the box (made of Mahogany and Red Cedar). Our wood comes from farms that are sustainably cultivated and harvested, encouraging farmers to plant trees.

Mana App

Connect Mana to your home Wi-Fi, and then use the Mana app on your phone to set it up. You can choose up to four topics (or “scrolls”) for each device and assign a scroll for each part of the day – morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Mana will automatically download your chosen scrolls and display new scenes on your selected topics every day. You can update your choices anywhere and anytime by going back to the app.

In ancient Sanskrit, Mana or Manas means ‘mind’, from the root word ‘man’ which means ‘to think’.
