CONCEPT

Our concept of a portable all-in-one coffee tumbler came about when we realised that we were visiting cafes way too often, and spending way too much money on coffee. Even though we tried making our own coffee, a decent coffee machine or even a capsule coffee maker were too expensive and cumbersome. Additionally, clean ups were always an issue, especially in the mornings.

After some research, we found that multiple coffee makers currently exist in the market. However, they each had their problems.

– Conventional Coffee Makers: Not Portable / Power Plug Needed

– Capsule Coffee Makers: Not Environmentally Friendly / Not Fresh

– Brewing Kits with Hand Grinders: Inconvenient / Requires Large Amount of Effort

Furthermore, each of these coffee making methods had one thing in common; by the time we reach our office, our coffee was no longer as fresh as before.

Therefore, we started to ideate a portable and convenient all-in-one coffee maker that can be easily used anytime, anywhere. Of course, with as minimal clean up as possible.

Sleek, compact, and lightweight, Granos allows coffee lovers to brew coffee anywhere, any time. We aim to allow coffee lovers to have freshly brewed coffee in the workplace or while travelling.

Granos’ proprietary bean grinder comes with a reusable coffee filter made with food-grade stainless steel, eliminating the need for single-use paper filters and paper cups.

The bean grinder consists of 4 gear options to cater to your different taste buds. Coarser grounds will result in a smoother texture, while finer grounds create a fuller body.

On the go? Granos allows you to store whole coffee beans in a special compartment, keeping your coffee fresh and retaining all of its flavour until you decide to brew your coffee.
