How does it work：

The principle of nano water repellency is inspired by the lotus leaf effect, also known as superhydrophobicity. 

Utilizing nanotechnology, the surface of the fabric is treated to create intricate, microscopic structures. These structures increase the surface roughness at a nano-scale level. When water comes into contact with this nano-textured surface, it rests on the top of these microscopic structures, reducing the contact area between water and fabric.

Unlike MOST water-resistant products in the market that rely on waterproof coatings, our Nano T takes a different, more sustainable approach. From the very start of the textile process, we incorporate an eco-friendly, biodegradable water repellent agent, completely free of PFOA.

Yes, this increases production costs and might not withstand as many washes as PFAS products. However, at Nano T, we are guided by a stronger principle – the commitment to our planet. Because to us, the value of environmental responsibility far outweighs the cost.

Our Nano-Tee uses Nano Silver ions to combat odors, stays fresh, and needs fewer washes. Less washing equals saving resources, extending tee’s life, and benefiting the environment.

Our Nano T incorporates the Liquid Ammonia Treatment (Only used on High-End Fabric), enhancing the fabric’s softness, durability, and resistance to shrinkage for a superior wearing experience.

Our fabric undergoes a controlled liquid ammonia process. This makes the fibers smooth, silky, and more durable, while also being resistant to shrink and wrinkle. The result is a comfortable, long-lasting T-shirt that holds its shape.

Silky and Smooth

After treatment, no ammonia residue remains on the fabric. The process is eco-friendly as the ammonia evaporates and can be used again without creating harmful waste.

Made of 100% long-staple cotton, our Nano-Tee is soft with an elegant look. Despite its ability to repel liquids and stains, it maintains great breathability due to its microscopic pores, offering constant comfort.
