SARLAG yaks survive Mongolia’s extreme climate hot summers and brutally cold winters at altitudes above 3,000 meters, where temperatures drop as low as -50°C.
Their natural hide has evolved to withstand these extremes, resulting in a leather that is:

The leather and our wool we using, purchased directly from nomadic herders who live in a western part of Mongolia above 3000m altitude. At such an altitude, temperatures can vary considerably and can be extremely low (-40 ° c to -50 ° c). The compact hide of the SARLAG (yak) protects the animal against these extreme temperatures. Thats why we make huge difference in the World. We promise that our products are the RAREST in the WORLD.

We will reach out to each backer at the end of the campaign with detailed instructions on how to select the right glove size. At that point we will collect your final size measurement.
How to Select Your Size
Over the past few years, we have been working to improve the sizing and fit of our gloves according to standards. To find your correct size, please refer to the size chart below.
Determining the proper glove size is simple—all you need is the circumference of your hand. The remaining proportions of your hand typically scale accordingly. When measuring, place the tape around the widest part of your hand (excluding the thumb). Make sure the tape is not too tight, as this may result in choosing a size that is too small.

Sizing chart
Our sizing chart will then indicate your perfect size. leather glove sizes are usually given in numerical numbers. To make things easier, we also included the respective S,M,L sizes BOTH MEN and WOMEN. In case your measurement should fall between two sizes, we recommend rounding off to the nearest half or full size. Please note that women’s and men’s gloves are not cut the same way and will differ in terms of finger diameter and elasticity. Why we use the leather?

As a ordinary citizen of the world, I understand that we must save the balance of nature no matter where you live and how you live. Every small impacts will bring huge difference.
It’s our main PHILOSOPHY.
The SARLAG is a remarkable animal that lives in highest region Western part of Mongolia, an area where few other animals can survive. It thrives in the harsh conditions of the wild and mountainous landscape.

As a couple, we founded this social business together—working hand in hand with the herders of the Khangai and Altai mountains in Western Mongolia. Our mission is to create high-quality, sustainable fashion while supporting the livelihoods of these nomadic communities Mongolia is one of the coldest countries in the world. In the western part of Mongolia, weather conditions can vary considerably, reaching extreme lows of -40 to -60°C! I often visit our herder communities living at altitudes above 3000 meters.
