 In its maximum power mode, it can achieve a fusion depth of up to 4mm in materials like stainless steel, ensuring robust and durable joins.

Note: While the laser wavelength effectively penetrates pure water, optimal results are achieved in clear conditions as excessive impurities in the water may affect performance.

The included welding laser gun features a two-button activation mechanism requiring concurrent pressure from two fingers of the same hand. This design prevents accidental laser emission that can occur with single-button alternatives, adding an additional layer of operational safety.

The Machine is also equipped with a high-performance dual-fan cooling system, featuring two 8000 RPM fans that deliver a remarkable 1200W of heat dissipation. 

This ensures unwavering performance and component longevity, even during extended, demanding tasks. Designed for minimal disruption, the system operates at a quiet <70 dB under normal conditions, with noise levels only reaching a maximum of 80 dB in extreme high-temperature scenarios.

The product is designed to comply with major international laser safety and machinery standards, including IEC 60825-1 for laser product safety, ISO 11553-1 for the safety of laser processing machines, and region-specific regulations such as the EU Machinery Directive (with CE marking) and relevant GB standards in China for laser equipment.

We ship the PulsePort S30 worldwide under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms. This means our flat-rate shipping fee covers all costs to deliver the unit to your door: international transportation, export/import customs clearance, and—most importantly—all applicable import duties, taxes (including tariffs such as U.S. Section 301), and fees.
