The RZE HexEdge Ti is a frame-locking, thumb-flippin, fidget friendly, microblade designed for the everyday adventurer. Featuring a handle with our signature geometric design language, precisely milled from Grade 5 titanium and a clip point blade.
RZE’s journey started on Kickstarter nearly four years ago with the launch of our first titanium adventure watch – the Resolute. Since then we have been working tirelessly to deliver some of the toughest titanium tool watches watches, and recently returned to Kickstarter with a foldable tote bag that you helped make a “Project We Love”.
This December, our expansion into functional adventure gear continues with the introduction of the HexEdge Ti. Inspired by our community, driven by our passion to produce tough and reliable kit, and designed in-house with the support of industry experts, we’ve built a diminutive knife to put giant utility in your fifth pocket.

We began our adventure to make our ideal fifth pocket carry over two years ago, culminating in the HexEdge MB; after encountering issues in the manufacturing stage, we went back to the drawing board to redesign an even better microblade entirely in-house.
Equipped with our experience and feedback from the first iteration, we developed several prototypes, each time adding features, improving functionality, and integrating upgrades like a titanium handle and frame lock.
Whether you’re deploying the blade with its buttery front flip mechanism, running ball-bearing pivot washers, or using the handy pry bar to crack open a cold one – you’ll be reaching for excuses to pull out this fidget monster.

No imperfections, burrs or poor alignment. Each handle is precisely CNC machined from solid titanium to ensure that every knife is flawless.
Because every adventurer is different, we developed the HexEdge Ti with versatility in mind. At RZE, we don’t believe bigger means better, so we focused on developing a compact, robust, lightweight, and accessible titanium knife that’s able to handle most of the challenges you’ll throw at it in urban or adventure settings. The result is a handy, non-intimidating, ergonomically designed pocket knife with a functional edge, comfortable to use for multiple cuts or extended fidget sessions.
We encourage you to take the HexEdge MB on all of your adventures and use it for whenever you need an edge in life but the blade is not a chisel, pry bar or screwdriver. Don’t be shy about using the lanyard hole in some of those instances because normal usage is expected.

The knife is covered for life against any major unintentional damage; the HexEdge MB is meant to be your sidekick so cosmetic damage and wear and tear is expected. Sometimes to clean off that patina and sharpen the blade, you may just need repairs or maintenance but if you ever find your partner isn’t performing up to snuff drop us a line. As long as you haven’t abused or lost your knife in the wild, we’ll determine how to best get you cutting again!
