Hello, everyone! I’m Leo, a lifelong Pokémon enthusiast with a background in graphic design and interactive media. Over the years, I’ve worked in creative fields like digital illustration and product design, while also indulging in hands-on crafting and collecting, from custom artwork to 3D printing.
My love for Pokémon began 16 years ago with my first card, and it’s been a part of my life ever since. With Shaker Card, I’ve merged my design expertise and passion for Pokémon to create interactive, customizable 3D displays that let fans showcase their favorite cards in a personal way. 5 months ago, I started working on a Shaker Card as a personal project to commemorate the first Pokémon card of my life. It sat quietly on my desk for a few weeks until I gathered the courage to share it on Reddit’s r/pokemoncards community.
The response shocked me—within 24 hours, it gained 13,000 views, and 220 upvotes. I was thrilled that people on Reddit loved this idea of showcasing their Pokémon cards in such a new way.
Surprisingly, a Reddit user messaged me and shared his story: 7 years ago, on their first date, his girlfriend gave him a Pikachu card. Now, he wanted to customize a special handmade Shaker Card featuring his girlfriend’s favorite Pokémon, Chansey. Although I had no plans to sell my prototypes, I couldn’t refuse such a heartfelt request. So, I made another card and sent it to him, engraving their anniversary on the back.
Later, his response touched me deeply: “My girlfriend was pleasantly surprised and said it was one of the most thoughtful gifts she had ever received. Now all her coworkers want to order one for their partners!” That was the moment I realized—this wasn’t just about Pokémon. It was about cherishing memories and surprising loved ones❤️.
This experience, along with many other wonderful interactions on Reddit, inspired me to bring Shaker Cards to a wider audience through Kickstarter. These cards are not just a creative display but also a perfect personalized gift for special occasions, making them ideal for gifting and customization. After months of preparation, I am now proud to officially present Shaker Cards to everyone.

Every Shaker Card is carefully crafted by hand to ensure the highest quality. From cutting the acrylic to assembling the layers and adding the finishing touches, each step is done with precision and love. This handmade process ensures that every Shaker Card is unique and made to last.
We provide a handcrafted modification service for existing Pokémon cards. Each Shaker Card requires two original Pokémon cards, If you don’t have the specific cards, you can acknowledge and grant us permission to purchase the cards on your behalf solely for modification purposes.
If you’re interested in custom Shaker Cards, we’ve got exciting options for you! We have set the customization fees for each Shaker Card based on the market value of the original Pokémon cards, which covers the cost of purchasing two original cards and the cost of handcrafted production.

We’ll also provide you with the transaction records to show where the cards were sourced. Rest assured, we guarantee 100% authenticity with our “fake one, three times the compensation” policy—these are REAL cards, not reproductions.
Below is our estimate for standard shipping charges. Because this estimate is based on our expected volume for this campaign, it could be subject to change depending on the final result. These charges may also change if you add additional products during the survey process. We want to keep this process as simple and accurate as possible, while avoiding any false promise or unexpected charges.
Taxes, Customs, and Duties:
We want to make sure the entire process is clear and straightforward. Here’s what to expect:
Taxes: Any applicable taxes, including sales tax or VAT, will be calculated during the post-campaign survey. These amounts will be included in your final transaction total.
Customs and Duties: International backers outside the USA and Canada may be required to pay customs or duty fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local authorities, and while we can’t control them, we’ll make sure the necessary details are communicated clearly.
Your Responsibility: Tax related charges will need to be covered by you to receive your reward. If unpaid, your shipment might be returned, and additional costs could apply.
