STRIG Boomerang: Full Body Self-Massager | We’re Back!

Patented microvibration technology and single & double-edged blades for personalized relief | No need for extra heads/attachments
Check on Kickstarter

The best part about STRIG Boomerang is that you truly do not need any other accessories, heads, or attachments. It works as a versatile full-body massager on its own.

There is not a single edge on Boomerang that isn’t usable. From its precise tip on top to deep concave blade, we challenge you to take full advantage of its ergonomic and multifunctional blades. That’s how we intended it.

We launched two different campaigns in the past 3 years, one for STRIG Pro on Kickstarter and one for STRIG Mini on Indiegogo. Through these campaigns, we’ve been fortunate to interact with backers all over the world. Slowly but surely, our STRIG community continues to grow.

After 3 years of development since STRIG Pro, we’ve improved a lot of things for STRIG Boomerang. It’s 2x longer and more versatile, while being equally light and compact. We’re stoked to show you the new improvements and can’t wait to hear what you have to say.

One of the most notable differences between STRIG Pro and STRIG Boomerang is the blade’s beveled edges. STRIG Pro’s blades were only made of double-edged blades, as it focused on ease of use. STRIG Boomerang provides even more customization by having one side be double-edged (double beveled) and the other single-edged (single beveled).

STRIG Boomerang’s microcurrent technology sends harmless currents with extremely low amperage to your muscles, similar to the currents that intrinsically exist in your body during a natural healing process. This helps stimulate the muscles in a way that increases protein synthesis, blood circulation, and lymphatic flow, ultimately resulting in tissue recovery.

STRIG Boomerang relies on its proprietary microvibration technology to maximize effectiveness in a single massage. It accelerates deep muscle relief at no extra strain or pressure on your hands.

When it comes to massagers, harder impact doesn’t always mean deeper.

We took STRIG Boomerang and STRIG Pro to a couple different athletic events and above are some professionals’ thoughts on our line of massagers.

Let’s not ignore the fact that the quality of a massager greatly depends on how well you use it. We took matter into our own hands by creating a mobile app that provides exact step-by-step instructions on how to make the most out of STRIG Boomerang. Soon enough, every single one of you can massage like a pro.

…Aaaaand you’ll find much more in the mobile app.

While people often use massagers as a form of recovery, STRIG Boomerang can do wonders in priming your muscles before a workout. In our experiment, just 2.5 mins of massaging the neck helped improve overall mobility, increasing the range of motion from ~120˚ to ~140˚. Ensuring your muscles are warmed up before strenuous movement can also prevent further injuries and strains.

The most effective massage is right before or after a workout session when your muscles are still activated. That is why we designed Boomerang to be compact and easily charged.

STRIG is a team led by seasoned physical therapist Dr. Oh. We’ve been grateful to have received warm support from Kickstarter since 2019 with our first STRIG Pro. But we also received valuable feedback from backers that our product, or any so-called ergonomic/modern massager for that matter, was hard to use on behind areas like the neck, shoulders, and back. We knew it was time to get back to the drawing board.

Several dozen field tests and a handful of design iterations later, we bring you STRIG Boomerang – the most ergonomic and intuitive full-body massager.

Please note that the massage cream and charging cradle must be pledged as separate add-ons! Every basic reward still comes with a magnetic charging cable.
