Spire of Dioronna is an amazing modular-designed light strategy game where players get to move around the map and make their way to the exit. 🚪🗺️ Meanwhile, players need to tactfully utilize the map, use map functions to obtain resources and weaken your opponents, ultimately obtain the props they need to win the game! 🏆
In this thrilling game, you can collect props and escape with one mind. 💡🛠️Altermatively, You can go empty-handed and use the room feature to repeatedly send your opponents back to the starting point. Communication and negotiation are very important in this game. 🗣️🤝

This game is suitable for 2 – 4 players and lasts about⏱️ 20 to 40 minutes. Players must place map cards, move around the map, complete quests, and compete with other players for resources.
❓Who Is Dioronna
Dioronna is a character from the novel ‘The 3 Body Problem: Death’s End‘ by Liu Cixin. 📚✨ She lived in 15th century, a prostitute in the Byzantine Empire, who accidentally come into contact with a high-dimensional fragment. She hoped to use four-dimensional space to help Constantine eliminate the leader of the Ottoman Empire in order to become a saint. However, she failed because the high-dimensional fragment left Earth. 🌌👑
How Dioronna discovered the high-dimensional fragment is still unclear. She was able to enter the four-dimensional space through a certain portal and easily accessed the interior of any closed object in the three-dimensional world. 🌐🌀
To test her abilities, she removed a person’s brain through the four-dimension space, causing the person to convulse and die without any external injury. 🧠⚠️🚫
However, when she was actually sent on a mission to assassinate the enemy leader, the high-dimensional fragments accidentally left Earth, preventing her from entering the four-dimensional space again. The mission failed and Dioronna was executed. Subsequently, the Byzantine Empire fell. 🗡️❌⚔️🔚

This is a wizarding school. There has been a rumor in the academy that the spire of the tower, which is forbidden area for all students, is the place where the wizard Dioronna extracted the brain out of death row prisoners in plain sight. 🏰🧙♀️
Three days ago, we found a tome in the library that recorded the life of the wizard Dioronna. It was written that top of the tower was where she unleashed her magic. 📚✨ Curiosity is driving you to explore more, you steal the key of the spire, bring your magic hats and cats, and sneak into the spire. 🗝️🎩🐱
As soon as you close the door, the items in your hands are instantly shattered into small and large pieces, and the room is taken apart. 🪓 How to retrieve your props and get out of room is the problem all of you are facing at this moment. 💫🔍

“The first time I saw Spire of Dionera on Dice con, I was drawn in by the gorgeous artwork on the cover. After trying it out, I got the sense that the designer had put a lot of effort into it.
First, let’s look at the advantages. The main gameplay is for players to shuttle between different spaces, using the effects of the spaces to help them obtain keys and ultimately escape safely from this place that is about to spin out of control. The map is put together in a way that makes each game feel like you’re in a different parallel world, so it’s not too repetitive.
The puzzle design and synthesis of the fragment props card are really eye-catching. Players compete for fragment props, which allows players who like to target each other to find fun, outwit each other, and win in the end.
Some problems were also found in the initial version, and some suggestions were given. It’s great to see that the designers are constantly optimizing and updating the game version. Well done!”

“I was lucky enough to play the beta version of the game, and at the very beginning of the test, I was seriously trying to beat my opponents to re-pass the level, but when the only remaining Magic Book in the Item Card library was replaced, I knew there was a high probability that I wouldn’t be able to win the game. Based on the principle that if I don’t do well, no one will do well (scratch that) and that friendship comes first, competition comes second, I set out to thwart my opponents’ attempts to clear the level.😈
Then I came to the profound realization that rules are meant to be broken! Once I stopped obsessing about getting out of this maze, it all became very interesting! Especially seeing the player who was one step away from victory (the game designer himself😊) being sent back to the beginning over and over again was a better feeling than if I had passed the game myself.
I don’t remember who won at the end of the day, but I do remember that it was a very enjoyable afternoon, and The Spire of Dioronna is a great game for a gathering of friends, and it’s a great opportunity to get a little bit dirty in the right way.”

“I really like this system of players using map tiles to determine the map of the authority game. It gives the players a lot of room to maneuver the map, which, along with the functionality of the individual rooms, makes each game unique. As someone who’s been following the game for a while, I’ve never found it boring because the map is different every time.🗺️✨
