1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using backercrew.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any services from BackerCrew (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. What We Provide

BackerCrew operates a crowdfunding community and offers promotional services such as newsletter placements and featured listings (the “Services”). All Services are sold per order (no subscriptions).

3. Scheduling & Delivery

Service delivery is scheduled at a date/time coordinated and confirmed in advance with the project owner (“Client”).

Once a schedule is confirmed, changes are not permitted unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee fundraising results, sales, conversions, traffic, rankings, or specific performance outcomes. Any examples, case studies, or estimates are for reference only.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are one-time and payable in full unless otherwise agreed.

Once Services have been delivered as promised and scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

6. Client Materials & Permissions

Client represents they own or have permission to use all submitted materials (e.g., text, images, logos, links). Client grants BackerCrew a limited right to use these materials to provide the Services and to display the project on our Site and communications.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including attempting to impersonate BackerCrew, interfere with the Site, or submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackerCrew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BackerCrew harmless from claims arising out of your submitted content, your project, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
