The Back9 is built for folks who need a better way to get to golf.
We created the Back9 because we love to golf anywhere, anytime. But if you live in a city, don’t have a car, or just prefer to ride a bike to the course, it can be near impossible to get to golf.
With backpack and golf bag modes, the Back9 makes it easy to transport your clubs on and off the course. Bikers, city dwellers, newbies and scratch players – we’re here to help you get to golf with a modern golf bag that is as flexible as your game.
The Back9 is a golf bag that you can wear like a backpack. By storing your clubs vertically on your back, we’ve made it easier than ever to bring your clubs to the course.
When you’re in transit, flip your irons and wedges around to store the heads inside the bag. Wearing your clubs vertically lowers the center of gravity and makes the Back9 feel just like a backpack. Strap the shafts down with our silicone strap system to minimize club movement on the go.
Whether you’re walking to the driving range or riding a few miles to the course, our bag is built for comfort on the go. A wedge shaped lumbar cushion fits the bag to your back nicely and keeps the clubs clear of your head if you are leaning over a bike. The addition of sternum straps and a waist belt hold the bag tight to your body.
On the course, the Back9 is on par with a traditional stand bag. Lightweight construction, retractable legs, and plenty of storage make it easy to use during your round. Carry it over your shoulder or put it on a pull cart or golf cart without any fuss.
Once you arrive, flip your club heads up and reattach the backpack straps to either side of the bag. 11 secured points of contact allow you to carry the bag as a single strap or dual-strap bag.
The Back9 holds up to 14 clubs. A 4-way divider and full-length separator keeps the clubs from tangling and makes them slide in and out easily. With 8 pockets for all your essentials, the Back9 doesn’t leave anything on the table.
Golf is hard. It’s even harder when you don’t have access to a car. The Back9 gives golfers multiple options to get to the course be it a bicycle, skateboard, electric scooter, or public transit, thus encouraging amore environmentally friendly option to enjoy the game we all love.
