Introducing the Moonlight Blade, The Upgraded Utility Folding Knife designed for trapezoid utility blades.

We know you need a pocket knife that is small enough to be carried in any pocket but sharp enough for daily tasks.

This model is the upgraded version of the Twilight blade. What’s been improved?

NO screws at all.

How is it mounted if there is no screws?

The answer is interference fit, which can only be achieved by high-precision CNC machining.

Every part of the Moonlight blade is made by CNC machining, from the titanium frame, lock bar, the stainless steel bblade holder, and the brass lanyard hole, so that they can fit perfectly with each other.

Only high-precision CNC machining can make sure they fit perfectly with each other without any screws.

Besides the CNC machining accuracy, which you can experience on many other Titaner products, we creatively used the mortise and tenon structures to fix parts closely without any screws.

The mortise is precisely cut in order to effectively receive the tenon. There are many different variations of a mortise, such as an open, stub, or through.

A tenon must be precisely cut in order to fit into the mortise. There are also many different variations of a tenon, such as a stub, through, biscuit, and pegged. This is the main structural form of ancient Chinese architecture, furniture and other wooden equipment. We used them on our Moonlight blade.

The joint structure requires a much higher level of accuracy, both for the machines and for technicians. And only professional CNC machining technicians can achieve this.

The Moonlight blade uses the trapezoid utility blade. You can get it quickly from a hardware store, Walmart, and Amazon, at a budget-friendly price. The blade quality is stable, and you can always stock some at home.

Pick whatever brand you like. Save your time and trouble sharpening your knife regularly. Your knife can always stay sharp.

We’ve been always talking about this. The benefits it gave the Moonlight blade comes in two ways.

The Moonlight blade is perfect as a secondary knife, so you don’t hold back whatever task you do. You don’t need to sharpen the knife or break the blade of your expensive knives.

We used the flipper knife design and CNC machined parts with 16 stainless steel ball bearings ( 2 pcs of bearings.) in the pivot.

These all helped to achieve a smooth and snappy operation.

All you need to do is quickly press the flipper tab, and the blade will extend immediately, with a clear and satisfying sound. The same goes if you close the blade.

The blade can also be closed in one hand. The blade holder gives your thumb the safety area and will not cut your finger when pushing the lock bar to close the blade.

It’s basically a knife, and it does almost all work a normal EDC blade can do.

But instead of a blade, it has a blade holder.

According to the design purpose, you need to change the blade more often, so it’s crucial that the blade can be released and replaced very easily.

The unique quick-release system allows you to change your blade in just seconds.

You can release the blade in just seconds. It allows you to change the new blade easily and use the blade as a scraper to remove stickers or any gunky stuff.
