So we asked a simple question:

What if one jacket could actually handle all four seasons — rain, wind, cold, sweat, and movement — without compromise?

To answer that, we built the Veotrek 4-Season Jacket from the fabrics up.

The Veotrek 4-Season Jacket is a versatile 2-layer system, giving you three ways to wear it. Use the eVent® DVStorm™ shell alone for rainy or windy days, wear the Graphene Charcoal Bamboo fleece by itself for light warmth and comfort, or combine both layers together for maximum protection and insulation in cold, wet, or unpredictable weather. This adaptability makes Veotrek your go-to jacket for any season or activity.

10 Design Details that Make It Truly Everyday-Ready

You can have great fabric, but if the design doesn’t work, the jacket fails.
So we obsessed over the details:

1.  RECCO® Rescue System

The Veotrek Jacket comes with a RECCO® rescue system built in, giving you added safety in the backcountry. This reflector allows professional rescue teams to locate you quickly in case of an emergency, providing extra peace of mind without adding bulk or compromising comfort.

The RECCO® unit used in the Veotrek Jacket is a passive reflector. It contains no battery, no GPS, and no transmitter, and it does not emit any signal on its own. Instead, it works by reflecting a signal sent out by professional rescue equipment used by ski patrols and search-and-rescue teams.

In the event of an emergency, rescue teams sweep an area with a RECCO® detector. When the signal reaches the reflector embedded in the jacket, it reflects the signal back, helping rescuers locate the wearer more quickly. Because it is completely passive, the reflector never tracks, records, or transmits personal data, and it requires no activation or maintenance.

2. Proven Waterproof Performance

The Veotrek Jacket is built with an eVent® DVStorm™ membrane tested to 20,000 mm waterproofness, providing serious protection against heavy rain and wet snow. Combined with fully taped seams, waterproof YKK® zippers, and a storm-sealed hood design, Veotrek is engineered to stay dry during prolonged exposure to harsh weather — without sacrificing breathability or comfort during movement.

3. Smart 7-Pocket Storage System
 

Veotrek is designed to carry what you actually use. The jacket features two secure zip chest pockets for quick-access essentials, two soft-lined hand pockets for comfort and warmth, and an upper left arm pocket ideal for cards or small gear. For added security, we integrated hidden inner pockets in both the shell and fleece layers, so your valuables stay protected whether you’re wearing one layer or both. Thoughtfully placed and easy to access, the 7-pocket system keeps everything organized without adding bulk.

4. YKK® Waterproof Zippers with High-Visibility Pulls
 

Veotrek uses premium YKK® waterproof zippers to seal out rain, wind, and snow at every entry point. Designed to stay smooth and reliable in harsh conditions, these zippers prevent water ingress without adding stiffness or bulk. Each zipper is finished with a neon high-visibility pull, making it easy to grab and operate in low light, bad weather, or while wearing gloves — a small detail that makes a big difference in everyday use.

5. Lightweight Feel, Built to Last

Veotrek is engineered to deliver serious 4-season protection without the weight of traditional adventure jackets. The eVent® DVStorm™ shell is exceptionally light yet tough enough to handle daily wear, abrasion, and harsh weather, while the Graphene Charcoal Bamboo fleece adds warmth and comfort without unnecessary bulk. 

Despite its full performance capability, the system remains highly packable — weighing approximately 0.4 kg for the shell, 0.5 kg for the fleece, and under 0.9 kg combined — making Veotrek easy to wear all day and ideal for commuting, travel, and fast-moving outdoor adventures.

6. Foldable & Adjustable Brim Hood 

The Veotrek jacket features a foldable brim hood engineered for precision comfort and all-weather protection. When deployed, the structured brim channels rain away from your face and enhances visibility in harsh conditions; when not needed, it folds away cleanly to maintain a sleek, everyday profile. A three-point adjustment system—two front drawstrings and a rear adjuster—lets you fine-tune fit, coverage, and visibility in seconds, even in strong winds or heavy rain. Designed to move naturally with your head, the hood stays secure without blocking sightlines and layers comfortably over a helmet or cap, making it ideal for both urban wear and outdoor adventures.

7. Compass Whistle 

It adds a smart layer of safety and direction to the Veotrek jacket. Designed for emergencies and outdoor navigation, the built-in compass helps you stay oriented, while the high-pitch whistle provides a reliable way to signal for help when visibility or conditions are poor. Lightweight and always within reach, it’s a subtle yet essential feature for explorers who value preparedness without added bulk.

8. Beer Opener

A small detail that delivers big convenience. Seamlessly built into the Veotrek jacket, it ensures you’re always ready to open a cold one—whether at a campsite, beach, festival, or casual city hangout. Durable, discreet, and always within reach, it’s a practical lifestyle touch that blends everyday fun with functional design.

9. Cut-proof

Veotrek’s fabric is engineered to be cut-resistant, adding an extra layer of protection without sacrificing comfort or flexibility. Reinforced with high-strength fibers, it helps resist slashes and abrasions from sharp objects encountered in urban environments or outdoor settings. This added durability enhances security and longevity, giving you confidence that the jacket is built to withstand both everyday wear and unexpected challenges.

10. Adjustable Velcro Cuff 

Designed for precise fit and all-weather protection. With a simple velcro closure, you can quickly tighten or loosen the sleeve to seal out wind, rain, and cold, or open it up for added airflow during movement. This adjustable design ensures the sleeve stays securely in place, layers comfortably over gloves, and adapts effortlessly from city commuting to demanding outdoor conditions—small detail, big everyday performance.

Design & Fabric Research Process

For the Veotrek Jacket, our team sourced a wide range of fabric swatches from leading mills and put each one through rigorous testing. We compared warmth retention, windproof capability, waterproof performance, and overall comfort in real-life scenarios. After months of evaluation, we selected the combination that delivered the best balance of protection, breathability, and durability — the eVent® DVStorm™ shell and Graphene Charcoal Bamboo fleece. These materials weren’t just chosen; they were proven through hands-on testing to meet the demands of true 4-season performance.
 

 Prototyping Process

The Veotrek prototyping process began with listening to real users. Our design team gathered surveys and feedback on what people wanted most in a true 4-season jacket — from pocket layout and ventilation to hood adjustability and everyday comfort. We then developed multiple design iterations, refining each version based on testing and community input. After countless prototypes and adjustments, we arrived at the final Veotrek design: a jacket shaped directly by the needs of the people who will wear it.

The Veotrek will be made in a top-tier factory in Taiwan, where craftsmanship and technical expertise are world-class. Our eVent® fabric is sourced locally, allowing us to maintain tighter quality control, shorter lead times, and a lower carbon footprint. By producing close to the source of our materials, we ensure every Veotrek jacket meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
