We are Vokken, a small team of kitchen enthusiasts and engineers who came together to combine our efforts in creating the ultimate kitchen products that will serve and bring joy to people, turning every cooking moment into enjoyable experience.
We have come a long way over these four years, facing various problems and challenges, but our team has always remained resilient in fulfilling and will continue to fulfill all the commitments we’ve made, from the quality of our products to the continuous development and improvement of the company.
To achieve this, from the very beginning, we identified four main values that we must uphold and continually improve in these areas.
We understand the responsibilities that come with our campaign promises, which is why we have our supply chain partners ready and able to help us manufacture our knives! We always pay precise attention to the smallest of details, to ensure the perfect manufacturing output. We have prepared a step by step plan, so that every backer gets their Vokken delivered in accordance with our timeline.
At Vokken, we operate with honesty and transparency. From manufacturing to the final delivery, every backer of Vokken will be informed about every detail of each phase. Every backer of Vokken will be kept in the loop about all actions we take, from manufacturing to the moment your order arrives at your doorstep.
We recognize the environmental impact that both we and multiple other companies have on the planet. The ecological footprint is no joke to us as it negatively affects the world we live in. That’s the reason why we committed to a zero-waste policy, aiming to minimize our environmental impact at every stage. Our packaging and boxes are designed with this philosophy in mind. Kickstarter Launch Pricing. Launching a new product requires significant upfront investment. Kickstarter allows us to produce Vokken Nonstick Series in larger batches from the very beginning. By manufacturing at scale and selling directly to our backers, we avoid traditional retail markups and middlemen.
This allows us to offer Vokken Nonstick Series at special launch prices on Kickstarter — significantly lower than future retail pricing.
