SFtools features an intelligent edge-finding system that eliminates the need for manual sheet alignment—it automatically locates the material edge via capacitive sensing and uses it as a reference to ensure every cut perfectly matches your design. Intelligent Auto-Follow

D series handles both warped sheets and slightly misaligned material with ease. It intelligently adjusts the laser head height to maintain constant focus while automatically detecting the material’s edges and orientation to adapt the cutting path. This ensures consistently sharp focus and accurate contours with every cut.

Micro-Joints

When cutting thin sheets, the plate can warp or shift. Micro-Joints act as tiny “safety anchors” by leaving nearly invisible connection points, securing parts to prevent warping and collisions for clean cuts. After processing, components detach with minimal effort, thereby saving time on sorting and post-processing. It’s a core advantage for efficiency, safety, and material utilization.

Common-Line Cutting

D series intelligently identifies and shares common cutting paths between densely nested identical parts, enabling virtually zero-clearance layout. It eliminates the wasteful gaps required in traditional methods, increasing material utilization by up to 25%, while drastically reducing the total cutting path length and time, which significantly lowers the per-part cost.

CNC Laser Engraving

Diode Laser Cutting

Diode Laser Engraving

Laser Cleaning selectively removes rust, oil, and coatings while preserving the base material. With a max scan width of 20mm and speed of 250mm/s, it delivers a controlled, waste-free solution for mold maintenance, equipment renewal, and restoration.
