Over the years more and more people have been working from home, and desk jobs have been increasing. 

Sitting at a desk for long hours can lead to poor posture and muscle imbalance, which can cause lower back and upper spine pain. 

Studies have also shown that prolonged sitting increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

Back pains, big tummy, bad posture, no time or money to go to the gym? The Wobble Fitness Cushion is just for you!

That is when we thought, how about solving the issue of finding the time to exercise by allowing people to do so just by sitting?

It was after much trial and error that we developed the Wobble Fitness Cushion that helps train your core just by sitting!

The seat of the Wobble Fitness Cushion is an air cushion that is designed to naturally lengthen the pelvis and back muscles.

Additionally, by placing the pole part of the cushion in between your legs, you can also work the more difficult areas of your body like the lower abdomen and inner thighs.

So really, you are getting a real workout session like at the gym just by sitting!

Wobble Fitness Cushion is designed simply, and very easy to use!
It consists of 3 parts: pole, cushion, and cover.

The surface of the cushion has circular bumps for acupressure effects:
The bumpy design on the seat both loosens and relaxes the glutes.

How to Inflate:

*Be careful not to insert the tip of the pump in too hard, you may pierce the inner cushion causing a hole.

How to Deflate:

By adding more air, it will become harder to balance, and increase the efficiency of the exercise. 
Please adjust the air to make it more in line with your own workout pace.
