A unique abstract strategy game about pinning your opponent’s cubes.
Check on Kickstarter

A game for pushy people.

Grapple your way to victory as you spin, slide, and push your opponent’s cubes with your own. Win by pinning your opponent so they are unable to move!

Setup

The game is set up by placing 6 cubes at the 2 corners of the board facing your opponent. Orange player always goes first.

Sliding

On their turn, a player selects one of their cubes and slides it across the board in a straight line. The available directions of movement are indicated by the 3 tiles on the cube.

Cubes sliding diagonally have to have complete clearance as they slide. If you have to pick up the cube or change direction for it to reach its destination, then the diagonally sliding cube has to stop.

Cubes can not be pushed off or leave the grid.

Pushing

Cubes can only push other cubes when sliding vertically or horizontally. They can not push diagonally.

A cube can push a line of cubes as it slides, so long as the total number of arrows pointing in that direction is greater than the arrows pointing in the opposite direction (regardless of the tile’s owner). You start counting supporting and opposing arrows starting from the sliding cube. If, at any point, the arrows cancel each other out, the sliding cube(s) have to stop, and the movement phase of the turn ends.

Hitting

If a cube hits an opponent’s cube mid-slide, the opponent’s tile touching the sliding cube is removed. The cubes can then continue sliding so long as there are enough supporting arrows. Cubes that are already touching do not receive damage.

When a move ends, all moving cubes (the sliding cube and the pushed cubes) are considered “attacking cubes.” That means when you push an opponent’s cubes, those cubes become attackers and can damage your own cubes!

An attacking cube removes the tile of an opponent’s cube that shares an edge with the attacking cube. An attacking cube can attack multiple adjacent cubes at once.

If a tile is removed, that cube can no longer move on it’s own in that direction. However, it can still be pushed in that direction. Even if a cube is missing one or all of its tiles, it can still do damage.

Turnaround

When a cube reaches any of the 3 colored squares on the opposite corner of the board, the cube rotates 180° so it can move back and forth across the board.

Winning

If a player is completely immobilized and can not move any of their cubes, they lose the match.

Let’s start with the box size: 178mm x 178mm x 45mm (7” x 7” x 1.77”). Are you tired of needing a special place in the closet to hold all your odd size games that will not fit anywhere else? We create games that are compact and portable that will be a beautiful addition to any bookshelf you may have.

Each game contains 12 cubes (6 black & 6 white), engineered to make the placement and removal of the triangular tiles a snap. Press down on the hollow arrow on a triangle piece to tilt it up for easy removal. Something you’ll appreciate with your many hours of playing.

The orange and pink tiles are color-blind friendly. No matter what type of color blindness a player may have they will not have a problem distinguishing these colors. Our goal is to be more inclusive, and this is one of many small ways to reach more people. We provide 6 extra tile pieces to cover for lost or damaged pieces.

We believe neoprene mats are far superior to the usual grayboards used for board games. Spill your drink on a neoprene board and you have no problem wiping it off and continue playing. Jump on it and you will not dent it. To pack just fold and lay it in the box. The only drawback is the crease of a new board that will with multiple plays smooth itself out with time.

Even our printed directions are superior. We use 350gsm white core card stock, full color front and back with a glossy varnish and rounded corners. Add black paper liners on the inside of the box and you have a superior product. We want you to have the best quality product, so we make it a practice not to cut corners for profit.
