At Yunizon, we have achieved a new standard as the only brand to commit to three sizes in every style and design innovations that cater to diverse features. We provide the most tailored fit and prove you can have it all; style, fit and comfort.
They lead with limited sizing options (because it is the most profitable approach) and they decide what fits you (…eh hem, what sells). You, the customer, are an after-thought.
One size has never fit all. We recognize people are individuals with diverse features, not mass-market drones.
We are the first brand to commit to 3 widths for each style: narrow for the petite, medium for the average, and wide for the fuller face. Our curated sizing allows us to capture a wider range from the narrow to wide faces.
Our frames are smartly designed, so as the facial width increases or decreases, the lens shape remains proportional and the frame stays true to its intended style.
By redesigning the nose pads for increased surface contact area, and varying the size of the frame’s nose bridge, we ensure enhanced grip, zero slippage and maximum comfort. This innovation addresses one of the major challenges as it relates to the wearability.
We have modified the length and thickness of our temples to create a more secure fit from the nose bridge to the ears.
We have reduced the pantoscopic (vertical) angle of the frame curve from temple to temple (head curve), as well as lens depth. These modifications allow space for high cheekbones and unique facial features of all depths, meaning our frames sit comfortably on all faces.
Yunizon uses lightweight CR-39 lens and premium thinned acetate to reduce the overall weight of our sunglasses. The combination of these featherweight materials promotes optimal comfort for prolonged wear and prevents slippage without sacrificing quality.
Our two limited-edition collections, Sedgewick Ave and Studio 54, are inspired by distinct periods in NYC fashion history. After significant research of the style and flare of the social/artistic influencers of this period, we bring you this homage collection with a very special Yunizon twist.
A single party at 1520 Sedgewick Ave in 1973 gave way to an underground urban movement to counteract violence. Free form arts, including hip hop and break dancing, were born during this era to bring community joy.
Not just another a NYC club, Studio 54 was the onset of a cultural revolution. Inclusivity, no judgement and self-expression created a social experiment with lasting impacts on not just the city but the world.
