The Arc Strap is less than 1mm thick and endlessly adjustable to your unique face and head shape.
We tried virtually every concept and incorporated what we liked, resulting in a low-profile design with Tapered edges for side sleeping, Zero Eye Pressure, Soft Breathable foam, Comfy Modal Fabric, and Flexible Nose Guard.
After prototyping for 2 years, we invested in our first production-grade ultrasonic mold. Ultrasonic welding uses heat to fuse fabrics together, resulting in a permanent and seamless bond.
Our ultra-low profile Velcro is flexible, and adds less than 1mm of additional material to the mask. Combined with extra foam on the sides, the Arc is completely unfelt, even when side-sleeping.
