The Pro Series In Detail
The NitroPress Pro now benefits from an intuitive digital touchscreen with automatic charge function. Simply set the machine to your desired pressure, and let the machine do the work, for totally consistent & nitro drinks, dialed in with precision.
Why did we add this feature?
Whether it be coffee, cocktails, or fruit syrups, different drinks react differently to nitro infusion. Once you find the perfect infusion technique for your favourite drinks, you can replicate it easily every time with Pro. With Pro you can also fill the canister with any amount of liquid from 0-500ml and achieve the same consistency with its auto function.
The Home Series In Detail
The NitroPress Home retains the same great features as our 2023 DS but is now available in three bold new colors along with a new lightweight aluminum dispenser. The Home Series aluminum dispenser is solely compatible with the NitroPress charging stations.
All NitroPress products are modular which means you can upgrade to a stainless steel dispenser any time you like—simply mix & match!

The science of nitro
Nitro drinks are created by infusing beverages with nitrogen, a gas that’s naturally abundant in the atmosphere. Unlike carbon dioxide (CO2), which is commonly used in carbonated drinks like soda, nitrogen creates smaller, smoother bubbles. This results in a rich, smooth texture and a frothy top layer without the harsh fizziness that carbonated drinks have. The nitrogen infusion reduces bitterness, allowing the drink’s natural flavors to shine through without the need for cream or sweeteners. The science behind nitro lies in these tiny nitrogen bubbles, which give the drink its unique mouthfeel and appearance.
Carbonated drinks, on the other hand, rely on CO2 to add sparkle and acidity. CO2 dissolves into liquid under pressure, creating large, sharp bubbles that contribute to the crispness of a soda or sparkling water. This carbonation also adds a slight acidity, which can enhance certain flavors but also mask others. In contrast, nitrogen has no added acidity and creates a smoother, more neutral infusion, making it perfect for beverages like cold brew coffee or cocktails where you want the flavors to stand out without interference.
