Once the temperatures drop, our favorite winter activities can begin. We’re talking skiing, ice fishing, sledding — and of course, many of us would like to continue our daily outdoor activities such as: running, motorcycle riding, skiing, ice fishing, sledding and more. Of course, in order to truly enjoy these activities (and those not-so-fun ones, like shoveling), you need all the best gear to keep you from freezing, including a good winter coat, winter boots and a pair of fleece-lined leggings. You’ll also want the best heated gloves you can find if your hands and fingers tend to get too cold in regular gloves.

We developed this Asmart heated glove according to the needs of people such as habits and practicality of the glove.
Heated gloves have heating wires that are connected to a battery woven into the interior of the glove. When the battery is turned on through the power button, an electrical current courses through the wires, causing them to heat up. Heated gloves are completely safe to use, too, and you don’t have to worry about being exposed to any wires or getting shocked.
With heat on the back of hands and fingers, these gloves are designed for snow sports.

Asmart heated is the world’s first fully intelligent glove. To start glove, we have set up two different start options. When our cold hands need warm, you just put your hands insert Asmart heated gloves, it will automatically help you turn on the switch and help you adjust the temperature to the highest temperature, the temperature reaches 65 degrees Celsius, so that your hands quickly reach the temperature you need. When our hands leave the , it will help you automatically power off because of your departure, not because you forget to keep consuming your power. You can also press the button to start, switch or adjust the temperature with your own hands.

Your hands are one of the most exposed parts of your body, so consider investing in a pair of heated gloves for the harsh winter months. These accessories have heated wires that warm up when you activate an attached battery pack.

We have a AI algorithm sensing element in the glove body can feel the user’s hand through touch sensing, infrared sensing, etc., so as to generate the corresponding induction signal. At this time the control unit control heating unit heating, without the need to manually press the switch to turn on the heating function.

We developed a new type of glove is with automatic opening and closing heating function. When a person puts his hand inside the glove body, when the first and second sensing elements sense the presence of the hand signal, the control unit controls the heating unit to turn on the heating function without manually pressing the switch; when the glove body is removed from the hand, the second and first sensing elements When the second sensing element and the first sensing element sense the hand signal disappears, the control unit controls the heating unit to stop heating, avoiding the situation that the user forgets to turn off the switch after using the glove. In addition, when the user will be heated gloves in the hands, even if the first sensing element and the second sensing element one of the sensing hand signal or both feel the hand signal, the control unit will not open the heating unit heating command, through the predetermined sequence of action to exclude interference, to avoid the glove off in the hands of the wrong trigger to open the heating function.

Asmart heated Gloves with battery can be automatically switched on and off.
The glove operates on high temperature level(65°C) when switched on and automatically turns to medium level(55°C) after 30 minutes.
We have designed three temperature levels to adjust. Colour changing design – red for high temperature, blue for medium temperature and green for low temperature.

With the built-in heating wire covering the entire back of the hand, fingers, and thumb, these ski gloves can provide far-infrared heating and help stimulate blood circulation and warm your hands after just 3 seconds. Select from 3 heating levels, the low(45°C) stays warm for 6-8 hours, medium (55°C) can provide 4-6 hours of heat. The high (65°C) can last 3-4 hours continuous warmth.

The glove power supply is rechargeable 7.4V 2700MA pure cobalt battery, which is equivalent to the ordinary polymer 5000 mAh battery and is the same quality as the phone battery when used. Power on for high temperature, 30 minutes after the automatic adjustment to the medium range.
The glove operates on high temperature when switched on and automatically turns to medium after 30 minutes.
We designed the battery level to be displayed on the back of the glove, so that you will visually know how much power is available and whether to charge it according to your needs.

For both pure cobalt and polymer batteries with the same 2700mAh battery capacity, the actual battery capacity of the pure cobalt battery has been reduced by 20% from the 500th charge, while the polymer battery has been reduced by 20% from the 250th charge.
Heat insulation system:
According to the previous years of sales experience and user feedback, we designed the aluminum film insulation heating system, a complete solution to the pain of not warm in ultra-low temperatures, that is, even the fingers are always cold.
The environmentally friendly aluminum film can not only insulate heat, but also reflect radiation and light.

The gloves come in a layer of aluminum film and cloth heat insulation material that the gloves retains heat 1-1.5 times better than other insulated fabrics. And with a -30 ℃ (-22℉) day and working outside, it was the perfect chance to test them and they performed wonderfully.
The biggest disadvantage of a cloth-only heating system, where the heating wire is sewn directly onto the cloth, is that it dissipates heat quickly and cannot gather heat inside the glove. When it comes to ultra-low temperatures, even when set to the highest temperature (65 degrees Celsius) you will find that the hands with gloves have not been warm and the fingers are always cold.
Aluminium film insulation system: An aluminium film is attached to the outer surface of the heating wire (back side of the hand) to slow down the diffusion of temperature inside the glove and to reduce battery consumption, thus increasing the length of power supply to the glove.
In the same existing quality and environment, the heat temperature of aluminum film inside the glove is 5-8 degrees Celsius higher than that of cloth.
When the cloth gloves need to use 65 degrees Celsius high temperature all the time, while the gloves with aluminum film insulation only need to be adjusted to medium temperature (55 degrees) to meet. So the difference in power supply between the two types of glove batteries can also be significant.
The palm part of the gloves is made with lambskin, and they even feature a waterproof shell. That means that even if you’re spending all day out in the snow, your hands will still be dry and warm.
Asmart heated gloves are made from soft sheep leather and water-resistant polyester, making them the perfect companion for hiking or shoveling.

The palm and back part of the glove is made of goatskin, which is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and can be used repeatedly for a long time without breaking. These gloves are extra thick and have a soft interior that will keep your hands comfortable and dry no matter what you’re doing outside this winter.

The thumb and forefinger tips are sewn with conductive sheepskin so that when you need to make a call, you can use the phone directly without removing the gloves.
More More detail :

The battery pockets feature a waterproof zipper, so they don’t have to worry about the batteries getting wet as they enjoy outdoor activities. The battery pocket is also invisible, which does not affect the aesthetics of the glove.
The zip opening for the battery pocket is on the palm side of our hand, allowing the hand to turn in all directions without being affected by obstacles. (Previously, the zip of the glove pocket was on the back of the hand and the hand could not be easily bent to use it.)

The back of the glove is fitted with an impact-resistant carbon fiber shell.

In addition to the thumb, the backs of the other four finger joints are equipped with reflective strips and anti-collision rings.

We designed the rain wiper strip at the thumb. The back of the thumb is fitted with an impact strip that can disperse water.

The entrance to the glove is fitted with a retractable drawstring. The wrist of the glove is fitted with an elasticated drawstring.

We’ve also designed the small buckles to be paired on the left and right gloves, which prevents them from being easily lost.
R & D process:

Asmart heated is a team that develops electric heating products.
We did the necessary pre-survey for the project.
The reviews of people who have used heating gloves noted some common must-have features, such as quick warm-up time, long battery life, effective touchscreen capabilities, waterproofing, and comfort and warmth.
When the winter weather is cold, in the outdoor gloves to keep warm is essential, the existing heating gloves are by hand press the switch on the control board to turn on the heating or turn off the heating, that is, must be universal hand press the switch to turn on or turn off the heating function.
However, some heating gloves in both hands are wearing gloves, finger press switch is not very convenient, and the more warm gloves, filled with a large amount of cotton inside resulting in the thicker. In order to ensure a certain waterproof effect, but also in the surface with leather or waterproof coating and other methods to do waterproof, these designs will give the glove to increase the impact of inconvenience. At the same time, the glove fingers are large, but also inconvenient to press the switch and other smaller objects.
In addition, the heating gloves are often easy to forget to turn off the heating function after use, resulting in the gloves are not used in the continuous heating, which leads to a waste of power gloves, may be the next time to use the inconvenience of insufficient power.

Specification:
The current size of the gloves to prevail in large sizes, and then we will add a medium and Plus large size.
