Our headband is crafted from the top-notch microfiber by Toray Ultrasuede®, known for its silky smooth and plush texture. It’s designed to be comfortable in any weather, keeping odors and stains at bay. To enhance comfort, we’ve done away with itchy tags and debossed our logo directly on it. Say goodbye to stains and smells – this headband sets a new standard for hat comfort.
Toray, the pioneer behind this ultra-fine fiber, manufactures it in Japan, ensuring unparalleled quality. Ultrasuede® is eco-friendly too, with 30% of it made from plant-based materials. Our Bali Ultrasuede Bucket Hat features an exclusive fabric developed by Getaway Hats. It’s crafted from wrinkle-resistant bonded polyester that feels incredibly soft to the touch, think Lululemon-level quality. To top it off, we’ve applied a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating and an anti-odor treatment for extra protection and freshness. Plus, there are breathable side mesh panels to ensure you stay cool and comfortable.
We’ve crafted an EVA foam brim that gives you full 360-degree coverage. It’s not just crushable and flexible, but it floats too! This means you get excellent sun protection while keeping things super comfortable.

If you bought the original Limited Edition Bali Ultrasuede Bucket Hat, it was size medium. For reference, size medium is the typical one-size-fits all size. If you want a tighter fit, size down. If you need some room, size up.
At the end of the campaign, you’ll get to pick your favorite Bali Ultrasuede Bucket Hat color(s) by filling out a survey. You can choose any combination of colors.
