Compared to chrome-tanned leather, a more common choice in leather products for its low cost and short production process, veg-tanned leather is often reserved for high-end, customized goods given its toxin-free, safe-for-skin nature as well as its delightful scent.

As resilient as it is, our veg-tanned leather is easily restorable from scratches. Simply apply a small amount of our beeswax oil with a quick wipe, and voilà! Your bag is revitalized to its pristine state as if untouched by time.

PlayBloc is assembled with zero glue, stitches, and chemicals, realized through the intricate application of the origami technique and a specially designed crease structure at each edge of the bag. Achieving this level of precision and execution required extensive research, numerous design iterations, and a meticulous trial-and-error process.

Through countless endeavors, we refined the crease design with interlaced curved cuts, each featuring a carefully calculated angle to ensure a flawless edge. These cuts are created using our own laser-cutting machine, fine-tuned for optimal results. These dedications make PlayBloc a testament to our design spirit and engineering excellence combined.

Each PlayBloc undergoes a thorough and meticulous assembly process, crafted with care and attention to detail. The hand-making approach imparts a warm and personal touch to each individual PlayBloc.
