I was a highly sensitive kid with big emotions growing up in a war-torn country. My unregulated big emotions turned into anxiety which I had to learn how to live with.
After 2 years in the Israeli Air-Force, I traveled the world and eventually moved to California to get my B.S in Psychology and Neuroscience studying the effects of yoga and meditation on the brain & body.
I deepened my yoga and meditation practice worldwide, learning from renowned teachers like the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and many others.
In 2014, I founded Mini Yoga Club and made it my life’s purpose to give children the tools I didn’t have to find inner peace and relief from stress. After a decade of research & development, I created the Yoga Play Kit.
My dream is to share the benefits of Yoga Play Kit with children & families worldwide, and especially in conflict-ridden areas by donating Yoga Play Kits to schools and homes around the world.

Everything moves in circles. Our planet. The seasons. Our emotions. Evolutionarily speaking, humans are drawn to circles, as they make us feel more calm and relaxed.
I wanted the design of the Yoga Play Kit to evoke that sense of calm. When I started teaching kids yoga with standard yoga cards and other games, I realized the need for an effective and organic visual design for learning yoga and meditation. I used foam and wood and many other prototypes before the magnetic circular board came to mind.
Since music plays an important role in early childhood development, I designed the Yoga Play book to combine the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness with music to achieve co-regulation. Every aspect of the Yoga Play Kit benefits the whole child based on research in child development, psychology and neuroscience.
The Yoga Play Kit fosters a growth mindset and helps your child (and you!) regulate big emotions using all learning modalities: Visual (Play Board), Auditory (Music), Tactile (Play cards), Reading/Writing (Play Book), and Kinesthetic (Yoga poses).
