The change from the original cube to the current hexagonal design was made after testing, demonstrating improved optimization in appearance and functionality. This innovative design maximizes the internal space, creating room for larger-sized coils and therefore allowing increased resistance generation. 

Moreover, it optimizes the contact surface area between the coils and air, resulting in efficient heat dissipation. This, in turn, prevents the product from overheating during operation, ensuring long-term reliable performance and extended product lifespan.

Complementing the carefully selected material is the ingeniously designed hexagonal structure. The selection of the housing material for our product was the result of rigorous testing across a range of options, including PC, ABS, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel.

Ultimately, we chose aluminum alloy as the final material. Aluminum alloy’s key advantage lies in its ability to significantly reduce the overall weight of the product, while still maintaining excellent load-bearing capacity. This ensures the product’s structural stability, even when subjected to substantial impacts. 

While aluminum alloy may not dissipate heat as efficiently as steel, it surpasses PC and ABS materials in terms of lifespan and has a lower wear-and-tear rate.
