INTRODUCING INZERTA PRESSONE

Desktop Heat-Set Insert Press

Built for Precision Makers

INZERTA PressOne is a compact desktop press designed specifically for installing heat-set brass threaded inserts into 3D-printed and thermoplastic parts.

Its lever-assisted press mechanism converts a simple downward motion into smooth, controlled pressure, reducing the effort required during installation. At the same time, the rigid dual-guide-shaft structure keeps the heating head moving along a stable vertical path, helping the insert enter the hole straight instead of relying entirely on wrist control.

With adjustable temperature control and interchangeable heating tips, PressOne adapts to different insert sizes and plastic materials while delivering cleaner alignment, more consistent depth, and repeatable results.

Whether you are building a prototype, assembling functional components, or completing small production batches, PressOne gives you the control and confidence to install every insert more accurately and efficiently.

Less effort. Straighter inserts. More consistent results.

SAME HEAT. BETTER CONTROL.

Why Guidance Makes the Difference

Both a soldering iron and PressOne use heat to install brass threaded inserts. The real difference is how the insert is guided into the workpiece.

With handheld installation, the angle, pressure, and insertion depth depend largely on wrist stability and timing. Even slight movement can result in tilted inserts, uneven depth, or inconsistent assembly.

PressOne combines a lever-assisted pressing mechanism with rigid dual-guide-shaft guidance. This keeps the heating head moving smoothly along a stable vertical path while reducing the effort required to press the insert into place.

The result is straighter alignment, better depth control, and more repeatable installation across every part.

Same heat. Less effort. More consistent results.

DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Set the Right Heat for Every Material

Different plastics and insert sizes require different working temperatures. PressOne features adjustable digital temperature control from 150°C to 450°C, allowing you to match the heat more precisely to the material and insert being used.

The clear digital display makes temperature adjustment simple and intuitive, while controlled heating helps the insert seat smoothly without excessive melting or damage around the installation area.

From PLA and PETG to ABS, PA, PC, and other commonly used thermoplastics, PressOne gives you greater control over every installation.

The Right Temperature. A Cleaner Installation. Better Results.

INTERCHANGEABLE HEATING TIPS

One Press. Multiple Insert Sizes.

Different projects require different insert sizes. PressOne uses interchangeable heating tips, allowing you to adapt the machine easily to a wide range of brass threaded inserts.

Simply select the matching heating tip and continue working with the same stable, controlled pressing process—without needing a separate tool for every insert size.

Compatible with:

M2 • M2.5 • M3 • M4 • M5 • M6

From small prototypes and electronic enclosures to functional parts, repairs, and small-batch production, PressOne gives you the flexibility to handle more projects with one compact machine.

Multiple Sizes. One Reliable Press.

LARGE & ADJUSTABLE WORKING AREA

Designed for Parts of Different Heights

PressOne provides up to 210mm of vertical workspace and a 120 × 150mm work platform, giving you the flexibility to handle a wide range of projects.

To accommodate workpieces of different heights, PressOne features two adjustable working positions:

Position 1: 0–120mm
Ideal for compact parts, brackets, and small 3D-printed components.

Position 2: 120–210mm
Designed for taller parts, electronic enclosures, and larger functional assemblies.

By selecting the appropriate height position, you can maintain a practical working distance while keeping the pressing process stable and controlled.

From small prototypes to taller finished parts, PressOne gives you more room to build without taking up unnecessary space on your workbench.

Compact Footprint. Flexible Working Height.

CONTROLLED INSERTION DEPTH

Stop at the Right Depth

Correct insertion depth is essential for a clean and reliable assembly. An insert left above the surface can interfere with mating parts, while one pressed too deeply may damage the component or place the threads below the intended position.

With handheld installation, softened plastic can allow the insert to sink suddenly, leaving very little time to correct its depth.

PressOne provides smooth, stable downward movement, giving the operator better visibility and control throughout the installation. The heating head can be lowered gradually, allowing the insert position to be monitored and stopped at the desired depth.

This makes it easier to achieve more uniform results across repeated installations, especially when working with:

  • Parts containing multiple inserts
  • Matching left- and right-side components
  • Repeated prototype assemblies
  • Electronic and mechanical housings
  • Small-batch production
  • Customer-facing product samples

Controlled Movement. Better Depth Control. Cleaner Assemblies.

ADJUSTABLE FOR DIFFERENT MATERIALS

One Temperature Does Not Fit Every Part

Different plastics react differently to heat.

PLA may soften quickly, while PETG, ABS, ASA, nylon, and other engineering plastics may require different temperatures and insertion speeds.

Insert size also affects the amount of heat required. A small insert can respond quickly, while a larger insert may need additional heating time to transfer enough energy into the surrounding material.

PressOne allows the operator to adjust the temperature according to the actual project instead of relying on a single fixed setting.

Common application materials may include:

PLA、PETG、ABS、ASA、Nylon、Selected engineering thermoplastics

BUILT FOR EVERY MAKER

One Tool. Countless Applications.

Whether you’re creating prototypes, manufacturing functional parts, repairing equipment, or building custom projects, PressOne adapts to your workflow.
