Following the successful delivery of our first Kickstarter campaign, we set out to solve a daily frustration we all share.
Why is our food storage still stuck in the past?
Plastic can absorb odors and stains.
Glass is heavy and fragile.
Stainless steel generally isn’t microwave-safe, and it’s heavier and less corrosion-resistant than titanium.
It was time for an evolution.

We craft the OSIMT system from the highest standard TA1 pure titanium, boasting a purity of 99.9%.

Achieving this required a monumental engineering effort. We spared no expense, accepted zero compromises, and pushed the boundaries of titanium manufacturing.
01 / The R20+ Continuous Curve
Standard metal containers feature sharp, 90-degree corners. When hit by microwaves, electrons accumulate at these sharp points, building up massive electrical tension that inevitably leads to dangerous sparks (arcing).

OSIMT is engineered with a mathematically precise, continuous R20+ radius curve. Electrons glide smoothly across the seamless surface without ever concentrating—making it 100% safe for daily microwave use.
02 / Seamless Flared Rim (Eliminating Rolled Edges)
Look closely at traditional metal bowls—their rims are rolled inward, creating microscopic, trapped air gaps. In a microwave, these hidden cavities act as capacitors, trapping electromagnetic waves and generating violent electrical arcs.

We eliminated rolled edges entirely. OSIMT features a single-sheet, deep-drawn flared rim. Precision laser-cut and hand-polished, it leaves absolutely no seams, creases, or hidden cavities.

Look around—nearly every titanium container on the market has a flat bottom.
Why highlight such a simple design? Because before us, almost nobody dared to do it.
Pure titanium is incredibly stubborn to shape. To stamp deep ridges into a titanium sheet, we had to develop a dedicated, high-pressure custom mold—increasing our tooling costs by 20%. Most brands choose to avoid this expense.
But we refused to compromise. By forming these corrugated ridges into the base, we unlocked two critical breakthroughs:

Zero Warping: Reinforces the flat bottom against extreme temperature shifts (freezer-to-oven) and drops.

If Titanium Is So Good, Why Isn’t Everyone Using It?
The answer is simple:
Because titanium is difficult to work with.
• Pure titanium typically costs 4–5× more than food-grade stainless steel.
• It requires specialized tooling, slower production processes, and far tighter manufacturing tolerances.
• Lower production yields mean more time, more effort, and higher manufacturing costs.
As a result, a titanium food container can cost 5–10× more to produce than a comparable stainless steel alternative.
