There’s nothing more refreshing than a human hand massaging your face. Yet, despite this, most facial massage devices (like radiofrequency, ultrasonic devices, etc.) only offer a slight stimulation or vibration. That’s why we decided to change the game. Introducing RollingFinger™ – a genuine facial massager that works with physical force, not just a mere sensation.

Our unique PentaRoller™ is inspired by the five fingers of the human hand and features five evenly spaced bumps. Together, these bumps strike the muscles more than 20 times per second. Each bump is spaced 0.51 inches apart and has a depth of 0.14 inches. This design ensures effective muscle stimulation through rapid rotation. The outcome? A powerful facial massage that’s gentle yet stable and precise.

We have designed a facial massage device that works in a completely new way. Up until now, the rotation of electric massage devices was limited to a planar motion, which only allowed for polishing and cleansing effects. Rolling Finger™, however, operates like a potter’s wheel, rotating in three dimensions to strike and massage the facial skin, thus delivering a massage effect.

The rollers, modeled after the human five fingers, rotate from bottom to top, rubbing and pushing the facial muscles. Each bump on the roller pushes the muscles up in succession, six times per second. The PentaRoller TM is made up of five bumps, each spaced 13 millimeters apart and 3.5 millimeters deep, so you can hit your muscles even with fast rotation.

The pentagonal design of the PentaRoller™ is a result of extensive testing. Triangular or quadrangular shapes resulted in too aggressive an impact, making them unsuitable. In contrast, the hexagonal shape rotated too smoothly, providing almost no striking sensation.

Due to the high-speed rotation, some prototype gears melted from the heat. To address this, out of the seven gears, two were made of metal material.
and We have developed a new Gear stabilization Cover, which reduced gear vibration and enhances stability and durability.

Inside the golden box of Rolling Finger™, you will find the device itself, a manual, a fabric pouch, and a USB-C charging cable.

For those participating in this Kickstarter funding, we are offering a special $30 value Skinology™ X3 Cream. This product is developed for use with Rolling Finger™ and can also be used as a nourishing cream. It contains Acetyl hexapeptide-8 and GlutathioneHydsol-H10, ingredients that are beneficial for skin health.

In a market saturated with facial devices, we saw a need for a device that genuinely interacts with the skin and muscles. Diverging from traditional methods, we ventured to create a device rooted in tangible physical sensation. Our journey was filled with challenges, but our commitment to producing a beauty device that guarantees immediate results remained unwavering.

The renowned Bauhaus principle, “Form follows function,” was applied in the development of Rolling Finger™. Through numerous consumer tests and iterations, RollingFinger™ evolved into its current form.

  • The key challenges in developing this beauty device were threefold.
    1. How to achieve physically striking and lifting functions as strong as a human hands?
    2. How to transmit the power of small motor embedded in a handy device to massage rollers with the appropriate torque and power?
    3. What is the way to operate strongly without damaging the skin?
After a passionate research process, we developed rolling pentagonal rollers, a 7-gear power system, and a resistance-sensing automatic stop system.
  • Displaying a CAD drawing STP file on the computer and working on it.
  • Assembling with a 3D printer.
  • Arranging several actual sketches on a desk, including cases of failure (using a 4B pencil).
  • Various assembly/disassembly processes.
  • During tests, there were instances where hair got entangled in the device. Taking this into consideration, the Advanced Safe Lock System was developed.
  • Consumer test results showed that many users preferred to clean the device with water. This led to the creation of a product with an IPX-6 waterproof rating.
  • When a standard coating was applied to PentaRoller™, it increased skin irritation and friction. To alleviate this, a semi-permanent double silky coating was used to reduce skin irritation.

Shipping fee will be charged via shipping survey site after the campaign.
