We’ve all been there-rushing from one meeting to the next, juggling a laptop, mouse, phone, and maybe even a much-needed coffee. Even a small slip in that moment can lead to a dropped mouse or a spilled drink. In fact, 78% of professionals we surveyed said they regularly struggle with carrying everything easily.

That got us thinking: what if your mouse could travel with your laptop, just as seamlessly?

At ESR, we’ve spent years perfecting magnetic accessories, from our award-winning MagSafe-compatible gear to world-first innovations like CryoBoost® and the Geo series. With the MagMouse, we’re bringing that same smart tech to one of the most essential tools in your everyday workflow.

Designing a mouse that was both ultra-portable and securely magnetic wasn’t easy. More magnets meant a stronger hold—but also a bulkier design. After countless iterations, we landed on the perfect balance: a magnetic force of 600 grams to keep a 75-gram mouse firmly attached during daily movement, all while keeping the base just 0.48 cm thin.

But we didn’t stop there. To ensure it stays locked in place, we added two small, retractable pins to the magnetic base. These pop up when the mouse approaches and click into matching holes underneath, physically locking it in place and preventing it from being knocked loose.

And then there’s power. Most mice still rely on disposable batteries or separate charging cables—both of which tend to fail you at the worst possible time. So we built in a fast-charging USB-C cable. Tucked neatly into the body, it pulls out when you need it and plugs directly into your laptop. One minute of charging gets you 4 hours of use. A full 45-minute charge gives you up to 80 days.
