But Choice Of Top uses no coffee whatsoever. That means no coffee grounds sent to landfills. Plus, the leftover barley and chicory roots we use in our recipe are used as animal feed for an environmentally sustainable solution.

Once our campaign is completed, backers can pay for the shipping costs separately via shipping survey. Due to the Trump Tariffs and increased cost of logistics around the world, there may be future increases to the shipping fee.

Like most coffee lovers, our journey started with our first sip. From that moment, we found ourselves constantly chasing the complex, deep flavors of our next cup of joe. But as we got older, insomnia, heart issues, jittery hands and other such issues required us to reduce our caffeine intake. And as we talked with more and more people, we realized that there were many like us who loved coffee but needed a no-caffeine option.

That’s when we began to look for a way to recreate the flavor of coffee without the need for coffee beans. Our previous product was a barley tea drink, and some of our reviews likened its flavor to the taste of a deep, dark coffee roast. That’s when we got the idea to create a deep flavor akin to coffee by adding roasted barley and chicory root. Finally, after 2 years of R&D and countless trial and error, we successfully created our very own decaf “beanless” coffee: Choice Of Top (COT). We then conducted street taste tests and blind tastings, and the feedback we’ve gotten so far has been absolutely incredible.
