2- Ivory (White) – classic and understated. Each handle is handmade from natural, undyed camel bone, showcasing its organic white tones and timeless elegance. Subtle yet striking, it carries a quiet confidence that never goes out of style.

3- Obsidian (Black/Grey) – dark and refined. Each handle is handmade from natural camel bone, then richly dyed in deep black tones and polished to a sleek, stone-like finish. The result is a bold, enduring look that embodies strength and sophistication.

4- Tide (Blue-Green) – inspired by ocean swells. Each handle is handmade from natural camel bone, then carefully dyed in vivid blue tones. Polished to a smooth finish, it captures both the energy and calm of the sea.

5- Horizon (Turquoise) – evokes clear skies and limitless travels. Each handle features a refined turquoise inlay — an artisan-crafted composite chosen for its luminous sky-blue color, durability, and jewel-like brilliance. Polished to perfection, it offers the beauty of natural stone with the strength to endure.

This edition is crafted for versatility — equally at home as an everyday carry, a dependable tool for outdoor tasks, or a centerpiece in any collection. Each knife is handmade with care and comes paired with a fitted leather sheath, offering both protection and style whether carried in your pocket or secured to your belt.

Protective Leather Sheath

A knife this special deserves a worthy home. Each Collector’s Edition knife is paired with a hand-stitched leather sheath, crafted to fit the handle snugly and shield the blade when folded. Made from durable leather with reinforced stitching, it’s built to age beautifully while keeping your knife secure. The sheath’s sturdy belt loop offers versatile carry — whether on your belt for quick access or tucked safely into a pack, it ensures your knife is always protected and ready for action.

Sketch Phase:
We began with hand-drawn outlines to shape the blade profile, handle curve, and engraved motif. Early sketches helped us visualize balance, grip, and Damascus flow.
CAD Phase:
Next, we refined tolerances, pivot geometry, and lock mechanics through CAD. This ensured a smooth action and secure lock-up before forging steel.

Prototyping:
Multiple full-scale models tested ergonomics, lock security, and blade action. Iterations adjusted handle thickness, lock tension, and balance.
Manufacturing:
1- Damascus billets forged and folded 60 layers.

2- Blades heat-treated for sharpness and durability.

3- Handles cut, engraved, polished, and sealed.

4- Assembly with liner lock, washers, and mosaic pin.

5- Final sharpening, finishing, and sheath pairing.
