OMENDIAL DICE draws its structural inspiration from ancient Greek portable sundials.
Once carried by travelers, scholars, and stargazers, these instruments allowed people to measure time on the move. They would open the device, align its direction, read the cast shadow, and determine the hour through the position of the sun.

When folded, it measures approximately 3.07 in / 7.8 cm in length, 2.09 in / 5.3 cm in width, and 0.67 in / 1.7 cm in thickness, with a weight of about 200 g / 0.44 lbs.
