Real time video of the production process.
This is an actual dada taken by a designer at a factory, documenting the production process of samples. The production process is very complex and detailed, and professional skills are required to present such a perfect work.
·Raw material: Grade 5 titanium alloy solid ingot (Ti-6Al-4V) integrated molding
·Molding: Multi axis CNC milling, rough milling+precision milling, multiple clamping
·Surface: Hand deburring → Multi pass polishing → Step by step polishing
·Processing: Stone washing/sandblasting/mirror finish (by version)
·Core: [N] magnetic steel array press fit+magnetic calibration one by one
·Conclusion: Ultrasonic cleaning → Full inspection (tolerance/feel/no abnormal noise)
·N processes throughout the entire process.

Endless feeds. Nonstop noise. When was the last time your hands — and your mind — actually felt still?
A note from the designer of DADA:
Your hands deserve a slower place to land.
DADA exists to quiet the noise, slow the spin, and take the edge off —
and rinse the day right off your shoulders.
So your mind can finally rest,
while your hands discover a freedom you didn’t know you needed.
No longer anxious. No longer tired.
Just you — free to be you.
