72% of people wear shoes too narrow for their feet. Bunions, hammer toes and chronic pain. The Shifter was built around the natural shape of your foot, giving your toes real room to spread, grip and balance the way they were designed to.
Most shoes narrow at the front, pushing your toes together. The Shifter does the opposite, widening where your foot naturally widens, so each toe has its own space.
The result is natural toe alignment, less pressure on the metatarsals, and full ground contact from heel to toe, the way your foot was designed to work.

Hemp is one of the most breathable natural fibers on the planet. We engineered it into a knit upper that keeps air moving with every step, so your feet stay cool, dry and fresh from morning to night.
Naturally antibacterial. Naturally temperature-regulating. No synthetic shortcuts.
The hemp knit upper uses an open-weave structure that allows continuous air circulation across the entire foot. Hemp fibers naturally wick moisture away and release it through the fabric, keeping feet cooler and drier for longer.
No coatings, no treatments. Just hemp doing what hemp does best.

We obsessed over every gram. The result is a shoe that feels like almost nothing on your foot, but carries you through city streets, trails, and everything in between.
All the grip, space, and durability. None of the unnecessary weight.
The Shifter achieves its sub-300 gram weight through a combination of a lightweight hemp knit upper, a foam midsole engineered for cushioning without bulk, and a recycled rubber outsole stripped of everything that doesn’t serve a purpose.
Every component was chosen to carry its weight, literally.

The recycled rubber sole was engineered for real terrain. Deep lugs that grip in any direction, on any surface, in any weather. Whether you’re on a coastal trail or a slippery city pavement, your foot stays planted. Confident. In control.
The outsole uses a multi-directional lug pattern designed to maximise traction across varied surfaces. The recycled rubber compound maintains flexibility in cold conditions while staying grippy in heat, so performance doesn’t drop when the weather changes.

The Shifter was engineered with a reinforced heel and a flexible knit upper that lets you slip in with one motion. No bending, no struggling, no wasted time.
Every pair comes with elastic laces pre-installed for a secure fit straight out of the box. Standard laces included if you prefer the classic look.
The reinforced heel counter holds its structure when you step in, so the shoe stays open without needing to be held down. Combined with the adaptive flexibility of the hemp knit upper, the entry point naturally widens as your foot slides in, then returns to shape for a secure fit.

Hemp needs almost no water to grow. No pesticides. It actually cleans the soil it grows in. We’ve been building with it for seven years because nothing else comes close.

Hemp fibers have a natural hollow core structure that gives them their breathability and thermal regulation properties. The tighter the knit, the more structure and durability. The more open the weave, the more airflow.
For the Shifter, we engineered the knit density specifically for summer use, maximising airflow without sacrificing the structural integrity of the upper.
The result is a fabric that performs better than synthetics in heat and improves with every wear.

We spent months obsessing over proportions. The silhouette, the toe shape, the knit. We wanted a shoe that respected the natural shape of the foot without looking like a foot-shaped shoe. Clean lines. Lightweight silhouette. A sneaker you’d actually want to wear.
The Shifter proves that comfort and design don’t have to be a trade-off.
Every design decision on the Shifter started with function and ended with form. The toe box widens where the foot naturally widens, but the upper tapers cleanly above it, preserving a slim, modern silhouette. The knit texture adds visual depth without bulk. The heel pull, the lace hardware, the sole profile, each detail considered.
It looks as intentional as it feels.
